"Even if Dax were to embark on a fictional romantic journey with the most captivating person on earth for a role," she explained, "I remain steadfast in my belief that his heart belongs to our family. I am confident he will return home, cherishing our children and striving daily to be the best husband and father he can be."
Their love story began at a dinner party in 2007, blossoming into a romance later that year. In 2010, they joyously announced their engagement, and three years hence, after patiently awaiting the legalization of gay marriage in California as a gesture of solidarity, they exchanged vows.
Bell admitted to E! News that, like any other couple, they too encounter moments of insecurity in their relationship. "We're human, aren't we?" she pondered. "In real life, Adam and I are more like a squabbling old couple. We argue constantly, more like a granny and grandpa than anything remotely fiery. On set, there's absolutely no heat between us."
