Kristen Stewart, the 35-year-old Oscar nominee, is reflecting on the profound lesson she's learned in the first eight months of her marriage to her wife, Dylan Meyer. In an Esquire interview published Tuesday, she underscored the significance of carefully selecting those who surround us. Stewart, who tied the knot with Meyer, 38, in April, began by emphasizing the value of having a supportive and intentional circle. "It's so wonderful to have a family," she said. "It's so nice to not be an unmoored individual."

Meyer's direct approach was praised by Stewart. "Dylan just doesn't suffer fools," she said. "I may not always seem like it, but I'm actually quite a 'nice guy.' It's empowering to be with someone who reminds you that your life is in your hands."

Stewart and Meyer made their relationship public in 2019, became engaged in 2021, and debuted on the red carpet at the 2022 Critics' Choice Awards and then the Academy Awards. Earlier this year, in February 2024, Stewart told Rolling Stone that she hopes to start a family soon. "I don't know what my family will look like, but there's no way I won't start acquiring kids. I really want that to happen," she said.
