Bruno had the perfect suggestion for Gaga and Michael, who got engaged in April 2024, after he popped the question with a blade of grass.

"If you’re looking for a song to dedicate to your husband, I would say off this new album of mine," he said. "I would go with ‘Risk It All.’ Track one. So, I want to dedicate this to Lady Gaga and her fiancé." Making sure Michael also felt the love, Bruno added, "Michael, this is for you too."

While Gaga (real name Stefani Germanotta) hasn’t shared exactly when the wedding to Michael will be, she did tease what she expects from her big day with her partner of seven years. "I'm desperately trying to keep that so private," Gaga, 39, told E! News in March 2025. "but I can promise that it will be the best day of my life."

Gaga noted that her and Michael's milestone engagement translated into one of her most special records on Mayhem. "I started to think about everything I've been through up until that moment," she added about writing "Blade of Glass" alongside her fiancé. "So, the song is actually kind of haunting. I'll never forget when we were writing the bridge, I said, 'I'll give you something, but it's no diamond ring.' And he said, 'The air that I'm breathing.'"

Indeed, Gaga and Michael's music translated into another special moment as she accepted the Best Pop Album award at the 2025 Grammys where she let her love for him take center stage as she accepted the award.

"I have to say thank you first to my partner, Michael," Gaga said of the 41-year-old, who served as co-executive producer on Mayhem during the ceremony on Feb. 1. "You are by my side every single day in a way that I can't thank you enough for, and you worked so hard with me on this record all year."
