Did you catch the buzz that Lana Del Rey has never gone under the knife for plastic surgery? The sultry singer behind "Summertime Sadness" recently fired back at a fan who hinted that her nose bore little resemblance to its younger self, and she took the opportunity to clear the air about the cosmetic enhancements she's actually undergone. "Still never even set foot in an operating room or been put under anesthesia for the 15th consecutive year!!" Lana declared in a reply to an Instagram comment, as captured in a screenshot by People. "But if you use filler like [my doctor] used to—to elevate the bridge of your nose, it looks tall with no bump. Takes just seven minutes."

The non-surgical rhinoplasty the 40-year-old star referred to is commonly dubbed a "liquid nose job." According to the Cleveland Clinic, it's a cosmetic procedure where dermal fillers are injected to temporarily reshape the nose. While far less invasive than traditional surgery, the results typically fade within six months.

Lana (born Elizabeth Woolridge Grant) also pointed out that the photos being used to draw comparisons to her current nose had already been (illegally) leaked, so fans shouldn't be too taken aback by the revelation of her cosmetic tweak. "Dr. Antel's intern released those 'before' shots in violation of HIPAA laws years ago," she explained, "which sent me into a panic, so you already knew this."

While Lana was refreshingly candid about her cosmetic procedure, she's not the only musician who's recently tackled fan speculation head-on. Earlier this month, Drake put to rest rumors that he'd had plastic surgery to sculpt more defined abs, attributing the confusion to his use of the photo-editing app Facetune. "I had just come from the gym, all sweaty in that picture," he revealed on the September 2 episode of Bobbi Althoff's Not This Again podcast. "Maybe I cranked up the saturation or something."

The 38-year-old rapper went on to admit, "I think I overdid it with the editing. They don't really look like that in real life." Plus, Drake noted that while many people opt for cosmetic surgery "all the time," he's not one to follow suit. "People also claim I got a BBL," he added, referencing the popular Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. "They even call me 'BBL Drizzy' now."
