Lindsay Lohan Addresses Face Lift Rumors

Published: May 28 2025

Lindsay Lohan is taking a definitive stance to set the record straight, firmly addressing the swirling rumors about her alleged recent facelift—a surgical procedure meant to elevate and tighten facial and neck skin, combating the evident signs of aging. The beloved star of "Freaky Friday" has dismissed such speculations with a blithe attitude, remarking during an interview with Elle, published on May 27, "I’m thinking, when did this happen? With what fleeting moment of leisure did I find time for this? Where was I, exactly?" Her publicist echoed her bewilderment, branding the rumors as nothing short of "cruel." "The haters can stew in their envy," her publicist remarked to Elle. "It's pathetic how, in today's world, this is how they perceive women. Women shouldn't be scrutinized merely for looking radiant and making healthier lifestyle decisions."

Indeed, since welcoming her 22-month-old son Luai with her husband Bader Shammas, Lindsay has wholeheartedly embraced a healthier lifestyle. The 38-year-old credits her youthful appearance largely to dietary adjustments. "Every morning, I sip on this juice—a delightful blend of carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, and apple," Lindsay shared. "I also indulge in generous amounts of green tea and water. I’m absolutely smitten with pickled beets, incorporating them into nearly everything I consume."

Noting her frequent intake of lemon juice and her habit of "adding generous handfuls of chia seeds to my water," the "Mean Girls" actress delved into her meticulously planned skincare regimen, which entails plunging her face into ice-cold water each dawn, applying an array of serums, and undergoing laser treatments. "My skin underwent a dramatic transformation after giving birth to my son. It became incredibly sensitive," she explained. "That's what prompted me to overhaul my entire routine, diet, and more. I underwent blood tests, determined to uncover every allergy I had. So, I eliminated everything problematic from my life. That's when the real changes began for me."

Of course, this doesn't mean that the "Irish Wish" star is opposed to all forms of cosmetic enhancements. As she succinctly put it, "Everyone indulges in Botox." In fact, the "Mean Girls" actress playfully joked about anyone denying they've smoothed out their fine lines with the injectable, saying, "Come on, you're lying. We all know the truth."
