Vanna Einerson ventured into the realm of love, not anticipating the cyberbullying storm that awaited her. The beloved star of Love Island USA tackled the murmurs surrounding her appearance, particularly the whispers about plastic surgery, after her recent exit from the Peacock dating saga.

"Obviously, I've had my lips enhanced, and I adore them," she clarified with candor during the July 1st episode of the Viall Files podcast. "As for my cheeks and chin, they've been mine since birth – nature's gift – yet people claimed they were 'overfilled.'"

The 21-year-old opened up further, revealing a breast augmentation among her enhancements, but she was swift to quash one particularly egregious rumor. "Apparently, I've been getting facial fillers since I was 14, with my mom as my injector," she continued, astonishment tinging her voice. "Come on, now! My mom's a stay-at-home mom, not a plastic surgeon."

Though Vanna emphasized her "unwavering confidence" in her appearance, she conceded that the online chatter cast a new, unsettling light on her self-image. "I never noticed the things these people pointed out to me," she confessed, her voice softening with vulnerability. "They uncovered insecurities I didn't know existed."

Indeed, the relentless commentary pushed Vanna to tears at one point, though she heaped praise on fellow contestant Coco Watson for guiding her through the tumultuous waters of negativity. "I'm immensely grateful for Coco, for being there," Vanna enthused, "for sitting beside me and offering a prayer."

Despite it all, Vanna exhorted fans to "gather their senses," underscoring the profound impact words can have. Earlier in the season, producers had already taken a stance, urging fans to show respect towards the cast on social media, inserting a poignant message in the June 24th episode. The show's official accounts also chimed in, issuing a "gentle reminder" to spread kindness online.

"We cherish our fans, the enthusiasm for the series, and the wonderful Islanders who are sharing their summer with us," the message read, warmth radiating through the words. "Please remember, they're real people, so let's spread love and kindness!"
