Machine Gun Kelly has nothing but glowing praise for Megan Fox. Nearly six months after the pair welcomed their baby girl, Saga Blade, into the world, MGK continues to heap accolades on his daughter's mother, emphasizing that there's no one he'd rather have by his side for this second chapter of fatherhood. "It truly was an epic tale woven with threads of love, pain, and an abundance of magic," MGK shared during an upcoming appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, set to air on September 18. "I experienced it all with someone who is, without a doubt, the greatest partner one could hope for to embark on the journey of having a child."
Indeed, the 35-year-old musician—who is also a father to 16-year-old Casie Colson Baker, his daughter with ex Emma Cannon—stressed that Megan is a "phenomenal mom." Their co-parenting dynamic has been so seamless, he revealed, that there's really only one point of contention between them. "We keep going back and forth on who Saga resembles more," MGK explained about their baby. "Last month, she looked exactly like me, and now, she's the spitting image of her mom."
Of course, MGK is quick to deflect any extra credit in the dad department. After all, he previously spoke out against the praise he'd been receiving regarding the Jennifer's Body alum. "I want to redirect all those congratulatory messages directed at me and instead send them Megan's way because she truly does all the heavy lifting," the rapper underscored during an appearance on Today last month. "She's the real MVP. I just strum the guitar and pray our baby stays content."
Though Megan—who also shares 12-year-old Noah, 11-year-old Bodhi, and 9-year-old Journey with her ex, Brian Austin Green—has maintained a low profile since giving birth in March, MGK felt compelled to dispel any speculation following an incident that stirred up some anger between the couple and their little one. "Someone recently told me, 'You're such a great dad!' just because I was holding the baby," he recounted. "And Megan was livid. She was like, 'No, no, no, no.'"
In addition to singing Megan's praises as a parent, MGK can't stress enough how ecstatic his life has been with their new addition. As he added on Today, "It's absolutely wonderful."
