Machine Gun Kelly, alias Colson Baker, has opened up about his unconventional dietary regimen. The "Cliché" crooner confessed to consuming meals just "a couple of times a week," predominantly relying on water as a substitute for the bulk of his sustenance.

"I scarcely partake in food; it's mostly about guzzling water," he disclosed to Adin Ross during a recent Kick livestream. He further elaborated that the only burger he indulged in was cooked by Mike Majlak, solely because they were live streaming and "that's my buddy's thing."

Emphasizing his preference for intermittent fasting, MGK clarified that when he does venture into the realm of eating, his go-to meal is "bone broth infused with kimchi and sauerkraut."

"It's packed with probiotics," he explained. "One thing that's nuts about water fasts is that they annihilate the beneficial bacteria within you too."

"Kimchi and sauerkraut are powerhouses of good probiotics," continued the 35-year-old. "I simply simmer them in bone broth."

However, MGK isn't entirely devoid of exceptions. Besides the occasional burger, he also indulges in coffee. The rocker added, "I sip celery juice on some days and coconut water on others."

But MGK's dietary landscape hasn't always been this spare. Recalling a 2020 interview with 104.3 The Shark, he noted that his taste leaned more towards fast food, whereas Megan Fox, with whom he shares 4-month-old daughter Saga, favored a healthier diet.

"She'd probably opt for sushi," MGK said when asked about their late-night snack preferences. "She's all about eating super healthy. Her menu is gluten-free and organic across the board."

Nevertheless, the "Bloody Valentine" musician mentioned at that time that he was "endeavoring to hop on that train" of healthier food choices.

"It'd be cooler if there was a 24/7 soup joint. I'd just order soup all night long," he joked. "Soup is seriously amazing. I wasn't into the soup scene for years, but now I totally get it. It's akin to adult cereal."
