Mandy Moore is expressing her sentiments as she bids adieu to a significant chapter in her motherhood journey. The 'This Is Us' alum has shared that she will likely not embark on another pregnancy after welcoming her children, Gus Harrison (4), Ozzie Bennett (3), and Louise Everett (16 months), with her husband, Taylor Goldsmith. She has detailed the emotions that have accompanied this realization.
"I'm at the OBGYN getting a check-up," Mandy wrote in a Jan. 5 Instagram Story. "I am immeasurably grateful for my beautiful family, but there's a certain poignancy in knowing that my baby-making journey has come to an end and I won't be pregnant again."

The 41-year-old also sought solace from her followers, asking if there were "any other moms who feel this way?" Last year, Mandy shared how thrilled she was to celebrate her first Mother's Day as a mom of three.
"Being a mom is the single greatest gift of my life," she wrote in a May Instagram post. "And while you're never off the clock worrying or stressing or planning, the quiet, unmistakable joy triumphs over everything else."
The 'Tangled' actress also expressed gratitude towards the mothers in her life, writing that they "model what it takes, lend an ear, make the best suggestions, and generally make me feel less alone on this journey."
Mandy's journey has been an intriguing one, and she has shared what it was like to have her daughter Louise later in life.
"I feel like having my third child at 40, this term 'geriatric pregnancy' that's thrown around," she explained on Kylie Kelce's 'Not Gonna Lie' podcast in June. "At least in my experience, so many of my friends are having kids later in life, whether it's by choice or circumstance or biology."
"The thing that I had the most trouble with is just this system in general kind of treating us as anomalies that we're too old," Mandy continued. "We're too complicated or high-risk, and really, it's like, 'Nope, we're just human beings.'"
