Mark Ronson has officially tossed his hat into the ring for the potential honor of DJing at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding. The Oscar and Grammy-winning maestro recently made an appearance on BBC Radio 2's The Scott Mills Breakfast Show, where he was quizzed about whether he'd be keen to spin the tunes at the superstar couple's nuptials following Swift's engagement announcement in August.

"I reckon there's a whole heap of folks vying for that gig. Me, I'm keeping my calendar wide open just in case I get that golden call. You never know," Ronson quipped in response.

The composer behind the Barbie soundtrack also divulged that he recently had the chance to showcase his DJ prowess to Swift, having performed at another high-profile wedding: that of Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco. Gomez and Swift have been bosom buddies for ages.

"I did DJ a wedding that, by all accounts, she was at just a week ago," Ronson shared, before joking, "I didn't spot her busting a move on the dance floor, so maybe I didn't quite seal the deal in terms of selling my services there."

The songwriter and music producer went on to add, "It was an absolute blast. I've known Benny for a solid decade, and when he popped the question, he was like, 'Dude, will you come and rock a 90s DJ set at my wedding?' And I was like, 'Absolutely!'"

After Kelce got down on one knee in August, the lovebirds took to social media to share their engagement news, posting photos of the heartfelt moment. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end proposed to the "The Fate of Ophelia" songstress in his backyard in Kansas City, Missouri, which he had transformed into a blooming flower garden.

"Your English teacher and your gym teacher are tying the knot," the couple captioned the Instagram post, adding a playful touch.

During her press tour for her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, Swift dished out more details about Kelce's proposal on The Graham Norton Show, gushing, "He really knocked it out of the park in terms of surprising me. ... He went all in — a perfect 10 out of 10."
