Megan Fox Has Fiery Response to Conspiracy Theory That She's a Clone

Published: Mar 04 2026

Megan Fox swiftly debunked the absurd notion that her recent Instagram comeback on March 3 featured photos of a cloned version of herself, instead of genuine snaps of the Transformers star. Megan, who posted several alluring images of herself posing in a black, cropped T-shirt and a matching G-string thong to Instagram, wrote on her Story, "I'm alive. New pics just dropped." However, one user theorized that the images weren't actually of her, commenting, "This isn't Megan. This is a Clone." Megan swiftly corrected the misconception, responding with a witty quip captured by CommentsByCelebs: "A clone could never."

Megan's sizzling shoot didn't only attract the attention of conspiracy theorists. Her ex, Machine Gun Kelly, also shared his thoughts on the Instagram carousel, writing in his own cheeky comment on the post, "Stoked I have your phone number." Of course, MGK, who has more than just Megan's digits—he's also dad to 16-year-old Casie Colson Baker with ex Emma Cannon—feels fortunate to have Megan by his side for his parenthood journey, even if their romantic relationship has come to an end.

"It truly was an epic story of love, pain, and a lot of magic," MGK said during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in September 2025. "I had it with a person who is the greatest partner to have had a child with."

As for who else is by Megan's side as she embarks on raising Saga? The 39-year-old previously revealed that her kids Noah, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9—whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green—are thrilled to help out with their little sister's care. "The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family," she told People ahead of Saga's December 2024 birth. "And have promised to help out and pitch in."
