Her team has shared an update on her health, stating, "Hayden has been privately managing a temporary nerve condition, which is the reason she was seen using crutches. She is recovering well and is on the mend."
The Nashville actress was spotted in a tie-dye tracksuit and a white baseball cap as Brian rolled a carry-on suitcase. In a video obtained by TMZ, she explained, "I just had some pinched nerves in my lower back, but I'm feeling good."
Despite her physical setback, Hayden is embracing the latest chapter in her story: an upcoming memoir. In an interview with LA Weekly in January, she shared how transformative it was writing This Is Me: A Reckoning, which releases in May. "I've been writing the book for about a year and a half, which has been a very therapeutic and cathartic experience," she said. "It's not easy to find the courage to put your entire life down on paper and share it with the world and be judged. I hope sharing my stories might make people feel less alone in their own journeys."
Despite her rocky relationship with Brian, Hayden revealed that they are on good terms. "There are feelings there, yes," she told The New York Times in April 2023. "He knows he deserved what happened to him."
Despite the challenges she faces, Hayden is determined to share her story and inspire others. "It's definitely been a learning curve," she admitted. "I touch on anything and everything; it's very honest. If you're going to share, you've got to share it all. It's as scary as it is exhilarating."
