Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's little princess, Lilibet "Lili" Diana, at the age of four, exudes an entrepreneurial spirit. In fact, the Duchess of Sussex revealed that Lili "comes and sits on my lap during meetings, whether it's discussing P&L (profit and loss) for my brand or something creative." Her office, conveniently located next to the kitchen, allows her to cherish the luxury of working from home, as she shared in an interview with Harper's Bazaar on November 19th.

With Lili and her six-year-old brother Archie Harrison being impressionable at this stage of their lives, Meghan, at 44, is striving to be a commendable business role model. "I'm a mom with kids at an age where they're constantly learning something new. I watch them face challenges that feel completely insurmountable every day," the As Ever creator shared. "I can give myself the same grace as a founder. There's no such thing as perfection. I, too, make mistakes."
Meghan added with a wink, "There's not much fun in trying to be perfect. So why try if you want to have fun?" This is why the biggest lesson Meghan wants her kids to learn is bravery. "I hope they see the value of being brave," she continued. "I think you're a little bit more fearless. As we grow older, we lose some of that."
This sentiment is shared by her husband Harry, whom Meghan described as having a "childlike wonder and playfulness" about him. "I was so drawn to that, and he brought it out in me," Meghan shared of the royal she married in 2018. "That's translated into every part of our life. Even in business, I want us to play, have fun, explore, and be creative."
