Meghan Trainor Changes "All About That Bass" Lyrics After Boob Job

Published: May 13 2025

Meghan Trainor embraces honesty with unwavering conviction. The body positivity advocate subtly altered her 2014 smash hit, "All About That Bass," during her performance at 102.7 KIIS FM's Wango Tango in Huntington Beach, California, on May 10. Instead of belting out the line, "I ain’t no size 2," she replaced it with a playful twist: "I got some new boobs." This isn't the first occasion the 31-year-old mother of two—Riley, 4, and Barry, 22 months, with her husband Daryl Sabara—has openly discussed her breast augmentation surgery. She initially broke the news in an Instagram post on March 6 and later confessed to E! News, "I got my dream boobs and they are gorgeous."

Explaining her decision, Meghan said, "After having two babies, pumping, and subsequently losing a significant amount of weight, my boobs were like, 'We're not boobs anymore.' I thought, 'I’m getting new ones,' and it was a dream come true." The singer of "Made You Look" admitted to being apprehensive about sharing her surgery for fear of judgment, given her advocacy for embracing women's natural beauty. However, the overwhelmingly positive responses she received about her new look convinced her that honesty was indeed the best policy.

"Initially, there's a hint of fear," she admitted. "But I'm an open book, so I announced, 'I'm getting my boobs done,' and the comments were overwhelmingly kind. All the moms were like, 'Absolutely!'" Moreover, breast augmentation isn't the only physical transformation Meghan has addressed lately. She also disclosed her use of GLP-1 injectable medication for weight loss shortly after revealing her breast augmentation.

"I've been on a quest to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for myself," she penned on Instagram on March 31. "I've collaborated with a dietician, made monumental lifestyle changes, started training with a fitness instructor, and yes, I leaned on science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to aid me post my second pregnancy." She further revealed, "And I'm so grateful I did because I feel amazing."
