When it comes to her adoring fans, Miley Cyrus remains unfazed by the vicissitudes of fame. Recently, the Grammy-winning artist found herself at the center of online discourse after being accused of appearing dismissive during a June 21 meet-and-greet in London. Alongside her collaborator Naomi Campbell, they signed limited edition, unreleased vinyls of their song "Something Beautiful." In response to the online buzz, Cyrus took to Instagram on June 24 to clarify the situation.

"The record store had requested no photos," she explained vividly, "owing to an unforeseen last-minute surge in attendees." She stressed that the event's intent was far from disappointing anyone; rather, it was to express her heartfelt gratitude. Despite online backlash suggesting she prioritized Naomi over her fans, she insisted otherwise. "Our vinyl was initially slated for release a week later, but thanks to @roughtradeeast, we made it happen on the day of our visit," she elaborated, giving a shout-out to the record store that hosted the event. "I yearned to gift my Smilers an exclusive experience and an unreleased vinyl, as a token of appreciation for the unwavering love you've shown me in the UK over the years."

She further emphasized the importance of her supporters, sharing heartfelt sentiments. "I saw countless familiar faces and met some delightful new ones," she added warmly. "To everyone who came out to celebrate our single, know that we adore you."

One Instagram user commented on her post, showing unwavering support and confirming the warmth they felt at the event. "Absolutely, queen! You and Naomi were nothing but kind," they wrote. "Thank you so much; it was surreal to finally meet you."

Prior to this clarification, Cyrus had already expressed her gratitude towards her fans in an earlier post following the signing. On June 22, she wrote on Instagram, "Thank you to everyone who came to the signing; we cherished meeting each and every one of you."
