"Stranger Things" sensation Millie Bobby Brown and Gabriel LaBelle, who catapulted to fame with his role in Steven Spielberg's Oscar-nominated "The Fabelmans," are set to enchant audiences in "Just Picture It," a heartwarming romantic comedy destined for Netflix. Lee Toland Krieger, acclaimed for directing the enchanting drama "The Age of Adaline" and captivating episodes of Netflix's smash hit "You," will helm this delightful feature.

Penned by Jesse Lasky, the screenplay revolves around two carefree college students, embodied by Brown and LaBelle. Their world is turned upside down when their smartphones malfunction, presenting them with intriguing glimpses of their future—snapshots showcasing them as a blissfully married couple with children, a decade hence. The catch? They haven't even crossed paths yet.

Veteran producers Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum are overseeing the production of "Just Picture It," with Brown collaborating with her father, Robert Brown, through their PCMA Productions. This marks Brown's debut in the romantic comedy genre, a project she has nurtured from its inception. Joining them as executive producers are Alyssa Altman of R/K Films, Jake Bongiovi, Isobel Roberts for PCMA Productions, and David Kern.

For Lasky, known primarily for his work in television, this represents his maiden feature film sale. His journey began in the New York comedy scene, where he penned monologue jokes for "The Late Show with David Letterman." He later served as an associate producer on ABC's "Revenge," contributing to the show's DVD bonus features and penning its spin-off novel. His credits also include stints as a staff writer on the medical drama "Code Black" and the sale of multiple pilots.

LaBelle garnered acclaim for his portrayal of a young Steven Spielberg in the director's semi-autobiographical masterpiece "The Fabelmans." He also stole the spotlight as Lorne Michaels in Jason Reitman's film chronicling the birth of "Saturday Night Live." Brown, a Netflix darling thanks to her iconic role as Eleven in the phenomenal series "Stranger Things," which concludes with its fifth and final season in November, has continued to captivate audiences with her big-screen endeavors. Earlier this year, she starred alongside Chris Pratt in the high-octane sci-fi adventure "The Electric State," and last year, she led the dragon fantasy "Damsel," both for Netflix. "Damsel," which she also produced, ranks ninth on the streamer's list of most popular English-language films. Most recently, she wrapped up "Enola Holmes 3," where she stars and executive produces under PCMA.

Brown is represented by WME and Hansen, Jacobson, while LaBelle is managed by CAA, Play Management, and Sloane Offer. Lasky is represented by Echo Lake Entertainment and Goodman Genow. Together, they promise to weave a tale of love, destiny, and technological whimsy in "Just Picture It."
