Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson's relationship has garnered official endorsement, amidst whispers suggesting that their bond extends beyond mere costar status. The sister of Liam's late spouse, Natasha Richardson, added a touch of sweetness to their narrative with her heartfelt reaction.

"The Naked Gun has finally hit the big screens," Pamela exclaimed, accompanied by a carousel of charming snapshots featuring the Irish actor promoting her latest film on Instagram on August 1. "Bring your friends, family, lovers, whoever... just go and enjoy a good laugh; it's beneficial for your soul! I'll be there waiting for you."

In the comments section, Natasha's younger sister, Joely Richardson, lent her support to the couple with an array of red heart emojis, echoing her endorsement.

This endearing gesture unfolds as Liam, who was married to Natasha for fifteen blissful years until her tragic demise in a skiing accident in 2009, has sparked rumors of a blossoming romance with the former Playboy model.

While the pair have remained tight-lipped about the nature of their relationship, their public displays of affection paint a different picture. At the July 22 premiere of The Naked Gun in London, the chemistry between the costars sizzled as Pamela posed beside Liam, her hand resting on his chest, before planting a kiss on his cheek.

A week later, at the New York premiere, Pamela couldn't contain her admiration for her "kind, sweet, and funny" castmate. Liam quickly reciprocated her sentiments.

"Pam is very silly too," Liam said in a joint interview with E! News on July 28. "She's a great woman."

Indeed, their close connection even prompted Today anchor Craig Melvin to seek clarification on their relationship status.

"What's going on here?" he joked to Pamela, 58, and Liam, 73, during their July 29 appearance on the morning show. "You're both single right now. There's clearly chemistry between you throughout this film. Are you an item?"

Pamela dismissed the question with a playful remark, "I don't understand the question." However, Liam offered a glimpse into how they forged an unbreakable bond while filming the sequel to the beloved franchise starring the late Leslie Nielsen.

"We discovered we had a delightful, burgeoning chemistry," he told Craig, "as two actors."

The Taken actor has never been reticent about gushing over his costar.

"With Pamela, first and foremost, I'm madly in love with her. She's just wonderful to work with," he told People last October. "I can't praise her enough, to be honest with you. She has no massive ego. She just comes in to do the job. She's funny and incredibly easy to work with."
