Netflix released the official teaser for its upcoming romantic comedy series, "Boyfriend on Demand," on February 5, 2026. The series will premiere exclusively on Netflix on March 6. The teaser introduces Seo Mi-rae, played by BLACKPINK's Jisoo. Mi-rae is a burnt-out webtoon producer who turns to a virtual dating simulation service in search of romance.

The story follows Mi-rae's journey with a futuristic subscription-based app called "Boyfriend on Demand," which allows users to experience ideal romantic dates in digital settings. Her life takes a turn when she becomes involved with her colleague and professional rival, Park Kyeong-nam, portrayed by Seo In-guk.
The teaser begins with the line, "Worn out by life and tired of dating but still want romance?" and showcases various date simulations, including settings like a yacht, beach, and K-pop concert.
Netflix described the series in the teaser caption: "Jisoo and Seo In-guk star in BOYFRIEND ON DEMAND. Coming to Netflix March 6!
