The announcement was met with overwhelming excitement from their loved ones. Nicola, who is married to Brooklyn Beckham, the son of David and Victoria Beckham, gushed in the comments, "KENYA JONES PELTZ!!!!!!! MY FOREVER SISTER!!!! IM SO HAPPY I LOVE YOU BOTH!!!!!" Influencer Amanda Cerny exclaimed, "Ahhhhhhhhh massive congratulations!!!!!!!!!!" while Paris Jackson added, "Yes!!!!!!!!!"

Kenya and Will's romance has blossomed over a decade, with Will first appearing on Kenya's Instagram page as far back as 2011. Throughout the years, they have offered glimpses into their enduring love, sharing heartwarming tributes to each other. Just weeks before the proposal, Kenya celebrated Will's 39th birthday, labeling him "my love" and "my best friend." She penned a heartfelt message on Instagram, "Wishing you, always, the most beautiful year in the sunshine. May goodness, joy, and magic fill every corner of your life. I love this day & I love you from the very deepest place in my heart."

Similarly, Will echoed these sentiments when Kenya turned 32 in February, referring to her as "my wonderful person." Alongside a photo of them sharing a sweet kiss, he wrote, "May your day be filled with joy, love, and all the amazing things you deserve. Here’s to celebrating you and all the happiness you bring into my life."

While Kenya and Will's inner circle eagerly awaits their wedding day, there is one notable absence: Kenya's father, Quincy, who passed away from pancreatic cancer in November 2024 at the age of 91. Nonetheless, Kenya will carry a piece of her late father with her on her big day. In a Father's Day tribute to the legendary music producer in June, she expressed, "I am filled with eternal love and gratitude for you, Dad."
