The renowned YouTube sensation Nikocado Avocado, who astonishingly revealed a swift transformation marked by a 250-pound weight loss, has unveiled yet another intimate detail: he underwent skin removal surgery. "I was left with ample loose skin," confessed Nicholas Perry, the social media star's real name, in a YouTube video posted on February 12th to his loyal 4.6 million subscribers. "I anticipated it and attempted to conceal it beneath my attire... It's merely skin, you can somewhat tuck it under your pants and keep it hidden. That's precisely what I chose to do initially, reluctant to opt for skin removal surgery at that juncture."
Perry elaborated on his prior decision to undergo a facelift, stating, "You can disguise rolls, but you can't camouflage your face." However, the 32-year-old clarified in the video that he wanted to gauge the aftereffects of the facelift before contemplating the more intricate procedure of skin removal surgery. "If I can't withstand this, then we're certainly not proceeding with loose skin removal," Perry remarked, adding, "The facelift was such a breeze" that during his recovery, he consulted with a surgeon and ultimately decided to go ahead with the skin removal.
"I was shopping for wedding attire, but nothing fitted, and I found myself constantly pushing my stomach into my pants. It was exasperating and unsightly, prompting me to think, 'I must get rid of this,'" he recounted. He underwent a comprehensive "360 body lift," a procedure explained by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as one that removes "excess sagging skin and fat," enhancing a "dimpled, irregular skin surface." As Perry explained, the term "360" stems from the incision that circles his torso, akin to a belt.
During the surgery, he revealed, "They excised 10 pounds of skin." While sharing the intricacies of his operation, Perry indulged in a meal from McDonald's, albeit a smaller portion compared to the meals that propelled him to fame as the "King of Mukbangs." Mukbang, originated in South Korea, represents a genre of videos where individuals display themselves consuming excessive amounts of food, predominantly junk food, while engaging with their audience.
He paused his mukbang to showcase his pre-surgery loose skin, carefully covering his nipples due to "YouTube's occasional quirks." He grasped handfuls of skin, describing it as "akin to a blanket." He also displayed photographs of the post-surgery waist binder, which he wears "around the clock," before unveiling his final appearance.
"I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I feel magnificent. I haven't felt this incredible in my entire life," Nikocado exclaimed, proudly displaying the scars beneath his arms and around his waist. "I've never felt this good... I eagerly anticipate visiting the beach, watching the sunrise, meditating, feeling the warmth of the sun, the breeze, and breathing in that fresh air."
