Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are expanding their family once again! Just under ten months after the arrival of their first child, Colette, the former Miss Universe announced that she and the San Francisco 49ers' running back are expecting their second bundle of joy.
"Best birthday gift," Olivia wrote on Instagram on May 8th, her 34th birthday, alongside a family photoshoot that showcased her growing baby bump. "Baby #2 coming soon." The model also shared a playful quip on her Instagram Story, revealing that she had been "hiding a special birthday present."
To add some fun to her pregnancy announcement, Olivia posed in the same maternity dress she wore during her 33rd birthday post, comparing her current baby bump to the one she had last year. Christian, 29, celebrated by sharing the post to his Instagram Story, writing, "Happy birthday to the best wife and mom on the planet. I love you."
Since welcoming baby Colette in July, Olivia has been candid about her experience with motherhood. While she has admitted that it can be "scary" at times, she also emphasized that it has "been so fun." She shared on an October episode of The Squeeze podcast, "Every day is so different and I'm really just trying to sit in because I know it goes by so fast. Everybody says these are the days that go by quicker than you could have ever imagined."
Christian has also been soaking up all the time he's spent with his little one. "Watching your daughter grow has been the coolest thing in my life," he told E! News in February. "Watching her develop a personality, start to notice the world, smile, move. It's been awesome." He added, "I love her so much. My wife loves her so much."
As for who Colette more closely resembles, Christian shared, "Some days I'm like, 'Man, she's my twin.' Other days, I see she's a Culpo. I can see the eyebrows and the eyelashes." But when it comes to the little one's personality, the jury is still out. "It's starting to come out more," he said. "We're noticing different things every day."
