PK Kemsley alleges that his estranged wife, Dorit Kemsley, from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," spent nearly $1 million on high-end fashion items and other luxurious goods while their family struggled to keep up with their mortgage payments.
In new court filings obtained by PEOPLE, PK, 58, claimed that Dorit, 49, spent "approximately 80% of her available funds on personal expenses, including her clothing and travel, totaling over $1 million." Specifically, from December 28, 2024, to March 31, 2025, Dorit allegedly spent $995,270 on "wardrobe-related expenses," including approximately $69,000 in charges from Louis Vuitton, another $69,000 from Chanel, $38,000 from Hermes, and $22,000 from Saint Honore between October 30, 2025, and January 6th.
A legal review of Dorit's Bravo contract for "RHOBH" allegedly determined that the large sums of money she spent on clothes were "personal expenses" since they were not required for her role on the hit TV show. This spending came as the family faced the potential foreclosure of their home, for which they allegedly owed $6 million in mortgage payments.
In the filing, PK claims to have urged Dorit to work with lenders and realtors to sell the property but alleges that she did not want to sell it. He further alleges that he offered to allow Dorit and their two children, Phoenix (10) and Jagger (12), to temporarily move into his residence while he handled the sale of the property, which the couple purchased in 2019.
In text messages shared in the filing between the estranged couple, Dorit is seen asking PK to pay off the debt and take the home "out of foreclosure" to avoid "unnecessary damage" to their children.
Dorit filed for divorce from PK on April 25, 2025. In documents previously obtained by PEOPLE, Dorit cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split and asked a judge to award her sole legal and physical custody of their children, as well as spousal support. In May 2025, PK responded to the filing by requesting split custody.
Dorit's divorce filing came just one day after PK was photographed kissing and holding hands with former "Amazing Race" contestant Shana Wall while taking a stroll after dinner in Los Angeles on April 24, 2025.
