Orlando Bloom isn't pondering the "one that got away" as he so charmingly puts it. In fact, just six months after confirming his engagement with Katy Perry had come to an end, the Pirates of the Caribbean star shared two qualities he desires in his next partner. In a TikTok video on December 13th, Orlando offered a wry response when asked if he would "rather have a partner with style or funds." His answer? "Both," he quipped to Maurice Kamara of the People Gallery. "You have to pick one of those?"
The 48-year-old actor, who effortlessly exuded style in a Prada jacket, white sweater, and jeans, also offered advice for anyone trying to get over a tough time. "Take action," he shared in the video. "Get up, establish a routine, do whatever it takes. Get into your body, get out of your head. If you're stuck in your head, get into your body and take action and keep creating."
While Katy and Orlando haven't publicly revealed what led to the end of their long-term romance, Katy has alluded to the cause in her single "Bandaids." She sings about being used to disappointment and the futility of trying to send flowers now, and how telling herself he'll change doesn't work like a Band-Aid over a broken heart.
On the other hand, Orlando took his own advice when it came to creating, as he previously shared how working on The Cut helped him move forward after his split from the "Roar" singer. "I'm great," he shared during an interview with Today in September. "I'm so grateful. We've got a beautiful daughter. You know when you leave everything on the field like I did in this movie, I feel grateful for all of it." And despite breaking up after nine years together, Orlando assures their relationship is still "great."
