From the vibrant lights of Las Vegas, Pete Davidson has unveiled a striking new look, causing a sensation at CinemaCon 2026 with his shockingly bare arms, marking the culmination of his multi-year tattoo removal journey.

The Saturday Night Live veteran stunned onlookers in a comfortable red T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and white Crocs, accessorizing with a chain, sunglasses, and a baseball cap. However, it was what he didn't wear that stole the spotlight. The comedian's once-inked arms were virtually devoid of tattoos, save for the faded outlines of the ones he'd had removed.

Indeed, Pete has undergone laser treatment to eliminate more than 200 individual designs from his body. However, he's decided to keep a few sentimental pieces, including one dedicated to his mother, Amy Waters Davidson. "I got all these tattoos, so my mom was like, 'How come you've never gotten a "Mom" tattoo?'" Pete told Entertainment Tonight in an interview last October. "Now I have a tattoo that just says 'MOMTATTOO.' That one has to stay."

The King of Staten Island star, who shares a 4-month-old daughter, Scottie, with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt, revealed that he also plans to keep his various Sopranos-inspired tats and one honoring his late father, Scott Davidson, a firefighter who died during the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center. "I have my dad's ID [number]," he shared. "And that's pretty much it."

Pete embarked on his tattoo removal journey in 2020 and hasn't been shy about documenting the painful reality of the procedure. "It's awful," Pete confessed. "I've been filming it and showing all the younger people in my family to be like, 'If you don't like it, this is what you have to do.'" "But I'm excited 'cause I'm making changes," he continued. "So I'm excited, but it sucks."
