Jana Duggar Wissmann is eagerly anticipating the role of a boy mom. The alum of "19 Kids and Counting" and her husband, Stephen Wissmann, revealed their joyous news during a joint baby shower with Jana's twin brother, John-David Duggar, and his expectant wife, Abbie Burnett Duggar.

In a video titled "Twins Gender Reveal!" shared on YouTube on November 5, the two couples stood in front of a white backdrop with the words "He or She?" written on it. As a puff of blue smoke enveloped Jana and Stephen, symbolizing a baby boy, John-David and Abbie found out the sex of their third baby through pink fog.
Many of Jana's family members were on the money with their guesses. Her younger sister, Jessa Duggar Seewald, exclaimed, "I think Jana's having a boy," just before the big reveal. "And I think Abbie's having a girl," she added.
Even Jessa and Jana's mom, Michelle Duggar, got it right, though she joked that she "usually wrong" about her predictions. As for the family patriarch, Jim Bob Duggar? The dad of 19 was hoping for granddaughters, joking on camera that the family was due for a "girl streak." He added with a laugh, "I was thinking of speeding that up."
But for now, it seems the Duggars are in for a boy's world. After all, Jessa gave birth to her and husband Ben Seewald's fourth son in August. Baby boy Edward joined the couple's older kids: Spurgeon, 9; Henry, 8; Ivy, 5; Fern, 3; and George, 22 months. "The doctor said, 'I think that's a 10-pounder,'" Ben shared in a YouTube vlog. "That's the biggest baby I've delivered."
