The gripping tale surrounding Killer Mike's arrest at the prestigious Grammy Awards is inching closer to its climax. "Mr. Render has successfully navigated through the Office's Hearing process, including fulfilling a community service requirement. We have no further comments at this juncture," stated Ivor Pine, a spokesperson for the L.A. City Attorney's Office. This revelation was initially brought to light by TMZ.

THR had earlier broken the news of the rapper's detention within the Grammy venue on February 4th, sparking widespread shockwaves through the music industry and beyond. Killer Mike had just stepped off the stage, having won three coveted awards for Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Album for his album 'Michael.' He and his team had steadfastly maintained his innocence, asserting that he would be vindicated of any wrongdoing.

Two days after the incident, he issued a statement clarifying the situation and shedding more light on what transpired. "As you can imagine, the night was chaotic, and there was considerable confusion surrounding which entrance my team and I should use. We encountered an overzealous security guard, but I am profoundly confident that I will ultimately be proven innocent," Mike declared. At the time of his detention, he was on his way to the Crypto.com Arena from the adjacent Peacock Theater, which was hosting the pre-show telecast.

Days later, during an appearance on The View, he was probed further about the incident by Sunny Hostin. "Backstage was congested, the winners were exuberant, and I believe security got a bit too aggressive. For me, it's a matter now resolved," Mike added. "My heroes, such as Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, and Medgar Evers, have all worn handcuffs. I walked out with the same dignity and respect I entered with, and I urge people to see it the same way. Don't dwell on the negativity."

TMZ had earlier reported, accompanied by a video, that the altercation unfolded when Killer Mike tried to bypass security, who insisted on seeing his tickets for the telecast, during a tense encounter.
