Kristina Khorram, the Chief of Staff at Bad Boy Entertainment and a close confidante of Sean "Diddy" Combs, has finally broken her silence in the wake of being implicated in at least three civil lawsuits alongside her former boss, which accuse them of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. She has categorically denied all allegations, asserting her innocence.

Khorram, a 38-year-old veteran of the entertainment industry who has been by Combs' side for over a decade, has been described by the multi-billionaire fashion and music mogul as his "right-hand woman." Nicknamed "KK," she embarked on her journey with Combs in 2013 as a senior executive at Combs Enterprises and rose to become his chief of staff by 2020. Their bond was so strong that on the fateful day when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit that shook his world, Khorram was pictured by his side in Miami.

Months after being named in several of the myriad civil complaints lodged against Combs following his arrest in September 2022 in New York on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and facilitating prostitution, Khorram has issued a heartfelt denial of all accusations.

"For countless months, I have stood silently as grotesque allegations have been hurled at me in various lawsuits involving my former boss," Khorram stated in a message to Rolling Stone. "These false claims have caused immeasurable and irreparable harm to my reputation and the emotional well-being of my loved ones. I have never condoned, nor have I ever aided or abetted, sexual assault. Nor have I ever administered drugs to anyone.

"The notion that I could be accused of participating in, or even witnessing, the rape of anyone is deeply distressing and unsettling," Khorram continued. "It is beyond comprehension. I am not that person, and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the accusations leveled against me will ultimately be proven false."

In 2021, a Facebook post from Combs himself extolled Khorram's virtues, crediting her with managing all facets of his life and business. "KK keeps everything in my life and my business running smoothly," he wrote. "She has been my right hand for the past eight years and has consistently demonstrated her ability to execute and deliver results. I don't know how I would function without her."

The accusations against Khorram first emerged in March, appended to a civil complaint lodged by Rodney "Little Rod" Jones. Prior to that, in February, Jones had painted Khorram as the "Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs' Jeffrey Epstein" within the framework of his sexual harassment and assault lawsuit against the music mogul. Jones alleged that throughout the production of his 2023 album, *The Love Album: Off the Grid*, Combs had made unwanted sexual advances towards him, including inappropriate touching of his buttocks and genitals.

In a February 2024 addendum to his lawsuit, Jones reiterated his assertion, branding Khorram as Combs' enabler in the mold of Maxwell. When Jones confronted Khorram with his grievances, he claimed she dismissed his concerns with the casual remark, "You know, Sean will be Sean," and attempted to trivialize Combs' actions as mere "friendly horseplay," suggesting that such behaviors were simply Combs' way of "showing that he likes you."

Furthermore, Jones' lawsuit alleges that Khorram compelled Combs' employees to carry crossbody bags filled with an assortment of illegal drugs, including cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana gummies, and Tuci—a pink drug that combines ecstasy and cocaine. These substances, according to the lawsuit, were ordered and distributed by Khorram herself.

An attorney representing Combs has vehemently denied Jones' allegations, branding them as "pure fiction—a shameless bid to generate media buzz and expedite a settlement." A spokesperson for the mogul highlighted Jones' preemptive fundraising efforts via a GoFundMe page prior to filing his lawsuit, hinting at ulterior motives.

Phil Pines, a former assistant to Diddy who filed a sexual harassment and battery lawsuit against him in December, also implicated Khorram in his filings. Pines, who reported to Khorram, claimed she instructed him to remain silent about any unwanted touching by Combs and warned him of dire consequences should he speak out. Additionally, Pines was sworn to secrecy regarding Combs' alleged "Wild King Night" parties, which involved elaborate sexual encounters leaving rooms in a state of disarray that Pines described as "wreckage."

Khorram has also been named in a third sexual assault lawsuit filed against Combs by a woman from San Francisco in October. The mogul has categorically denied the allegations levied against him in this suit.

*The Hollywood Reporter* reached out to Combs Global for comment on these developments. Combs' federal trial is scheduled to commence in May in the Southern District of New York, where he remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn pending trial. The mogul has pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against him.
