On Wednesday, Pledis Entertainment unveiled the exciting news that Hoshi X Woozi, the latest sub-unit from the esteemed boy band Seventeen, will debut their singles "BEAM" on March 10th. This marks an extraordinary reunion for Seventeen members Hoshi and Woozi, who haven't collaborated on a track together since their 2017 smash hit "Bring It" from the album "TEEN, AGE" — a span of eight years.

"BEAM" promises to encapsulate the incredible journey of these two members, who have risen to become revered K-pop icons, according to Pledis Entertainment.

As the third sub-unit of Seventeen, Hoshi X Woozi follows in the footsteps of BSS, which released its single "Teleparty" on January 8th, featuring the standout tracks "CBZ [Prime Time]," "Happy Alone," and "Love Song." The second sub-unit, Jeonghan X Wonwoo, made waves in the K-pop world by selling an astonishing 694,009 copies of their first single "THIS MAN" within the first week of its June 2023 release.

Seventeen is gearing up to host their ninth fan meet-and-greet event, titled "Carat Land," on March 20th and 21st at Incheon Munhak Stadium. The band's triumphant year includes being honored as the Top K-pop Touring Artist at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards on December 12th, as well as scooping up the Best Album Grand Prize and Artist of the Year awards at Korea's 32nd Hanteo Music Awards on Sunday.

Adding another feather to their cap, Seventeen will make historic strides as the first K-pop act to perform at Tecate Pa’l Norte 2025, Latin America's largest music festival, taking place on April 4th in Monterrey, Mexico.
