"I've been a lifelong fan of the Olympics, and I'm thrilled to witness these exceptional athletes showcase their prowess in Paris," exclaimed Snoop. "This is a grand celebration of talent, perseverance, and the quest for glory. We're about to witness some breathtaking competitions, and I'll definitely be adding my signature Snoop style to the mix. It's shaping up to be the most epic Olympics yet, so stay tuned and let's make these games unforgettable. Let's smoke the competition and let the best shine like pure gold. Peace and Olympic LOVE, ya dig?"

During halftime of SNF, Snoop graced the screen in a promotional video for the Summer Games, alongside stellar U.S. Olympians like Suni Lee, A'ja Wilson, Jagger Eaton, and the beach volleyball duo of Kelly Cheng and Sara Hughes.

"Snoop is already a gold medalist in the commentary arena, having garnered tens of millions of views for his electrifying dressage commentary on Peacock during the Tokyo Olympics," enthused Molly Solomon, the executive producer and president of NBC Olympics Production. "His stellar performance has earned him the role of our Special Correspondent in Paris. We may not know what each day will bring, but we're certain that Snoop will lend his inimitable voice to our reinvented Olympic primetime broadcast."

This marks Paris's third time hosting the Olympics (after 1900 and 1924). Organizers are pulling out all the stops to showcase the city, with competitions scheduled around iconic Parisian landmarks, such as beach volleyball at the Eiffel Tower, equestrian events at the Palace of Versailles, and urban sports at Place de la Concorde. NBC and Peacock will be NBCUniversal's primary platforms for covering the Olympic Games Paris 2024, scheduled to run from July 26 to August 11. NBCU holds the U.S. media rights to the Olympic Games through 2032.
