Netflix is keeping tight-lipped about the specifics of the Lucca event on October 31st, but given 'Squid Game's' unprecedented popularity on the streaming platform, it's only natural that anticipation is sky-high.

Lucca also revealed other exciting highlights for this year's convention, including commemorative celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the beloved fantasy roleplaying game 'Dungeons & Dragons', the 40th anniversary of the pioneering computer game 'Tetris', and the 25th anniversary of the iconic Japanese manga 'One Piece' - a property that Netflix recently adapted into a live-action series.

To set the tone for this year's festivities, the festival unveiled its poster, designed by renowned Japanese artist Yoshitaka Amano. Dubbed 'The Butterfly Effect', the poster is purportedly inspired by Giacomo Puccini's opera 'Madame Butterfly'. Amano, a celebrated contemporary artist, painter, and sculptor, is perhaps best known for his designs for the 'Final Fantasy' video game series, lending his artistic touch to this year's Lucca Comics & Games.
