Este Haim, a dear friend of Taylor Swift's, shared a special New Year's Eve with the pop icon, attending her wedding ceremony and dinner. Indeed, "The Life of a Showgirl" singer graced the occasion of Este's December 31st nuptials to tech entrepreneur Jonathan Levin in California. Taylor looked absolutely dazzling for Este's big day, wearing a stunning gold, thin-strapped, sparkling gown complemented by a matching shawl and bag. The 36-year-old completed her ensemble with a chic, pinned-up hairdo.
While Travis Kelce didn't join her for the ceremony, Taylor walked alongside Stevie Nicks, who wore an all-ensemble that was circulating on social media. Naturally, Este, 39, was also supported by her sisters Danielle Haim, 36, and Alana Haim, 34, who wore baby blue gowns with ruched sashes at their waists as her bridesmaids. "We're Este's something blue," Alana told Vogue at a fitting ahead of the wedding, with Este adding, "And kind of my something borrowed."
For her part, the bride wore several stunning looks designed by Nicolas Ghesquière throughout her special day, including an elegant strapless ballgown complete with an overcoat and a lace cocktail dress for dinner that was shortened for dancing. It was certainly a joyous day for Taylor to see Este tie the knot, as she previously detailed how exciting it was to see her friends enter into their bridal eras alongside her.
In fact, Taylor reflected on her now-infamous July 4th Instagram post from 2023, which included Este and Selena Gomez, where she wished her followers a happy holiday from "your local neighborhood independent girlies." (Selena, for her part, wed Benny Blanco in September.)
"How deranged is that post?" Taylor joked on SiriusXM Hits 1 in October. "I think back on that, I'm like... there's no way. I'm in this picture with a bunch of girls. A lot—not just me and Selena—a few of the other girls found their person right after that."
Meanwhile, Este—who has been part of Taylor's inner circle since 2013—previously emphasized how nice it is to have the Eras Tour performer as a friend. "She's the best," Este said during a red carpet interview at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2024. "She deserves every accolade that she's ever had. She's a true genius. She's also the best friend and the best hang."
