Taylor Swift reigns as a veritable queen of dream-selling, having expanded her empire from music to makeup and now, beauty products. In the tantalizing trailer for "The End of An Era," her highly anticipated six-episode Disney+ docuseries "The Life of a Showgirl" set to premiere in December, eagle-eyed fans caught a glimpse of Taylor's post-Eras Tour show wind-down routine. The clip, which surfaced in the documentary teaser released on October 13, showcases Taylor unwindling in her Midnights era bodysuit as she prepares for a soothing bath.

"I won't be able to sleep," Taylor confesses in the trailer, her voice tinged with the weariness of a performer still riding the high of a live show. "I just can't come down. So, I binge-watch TV, munch on room service in bed, sign a box of 2,000 CDs, and then I'm exhausted. And then, I do it all over again." Amidst the tranquil setting of her bathroom, as Taylor carefully removes her false lashes, fans couldn't help but notice the array of beauty products meticulously arranged around her bathtub. Among them were Dr. Barbara Sturm's cleansing cream, Tata Harper's regenerating cleanser, Christophe Robin's shampoo and conditioner, and Ouai St. Barts bodywash.

While Taylor herself has remained tight-lipped about her Eras Tour beauty secrets, her makeup artist Lorrie Turk has previously spilled the beans on her iconic red lip. "So many people have inquired about the lipstick Taylor wears all the time," Lorrie penned in an Instagram Story last year. "It's NARS Morocco Lipstick. She's been loyal to it for years."

Taylor, on the other hand, has at least offered a peek into her post-show relaxation ritual. "I barely leave my bed except to fetch food and bring it back to eat there," she recounted to Time in 2023, her voice carrying the hint of a dreamer. "It's a utopian scenario. I can barely utter a word because I've been singing non-stop for three shows. Every step I take, my feet crunch from dancing in heels."

Of course, such restful moments were preceded by rigorous training. "Every day, I'd hit the treadmill, singing the entire setlist out loud," Taylor reminisced about her pre-show workout regimen. "I'd sprint for fast songs and jog or fast-walk for the slower ones." As she put it, "I aimed to be so over-rehearsed that I could be carefree with the fans, without losing my train of thought."

After 149 shows, Taylor has undeniably proven herself to be a true tough kid, capable of weathering any storm.
