In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly on Wednesday, the 29-year-old revealed that she and her partner are eagerly preparing to tie the knot following his romantic proposal. The doting mother of three eagerly recounted the special moment and expressed her unwavering belief in the durability of their love.
"I got engaged last night," Mackenzie shared with excitement, "It's still very, very fresh. It was such a surprise!" According to the reality TV star and social media influencer, Khesanio had gone above and beyond to make the engagement a memorable occasion, flying in her dad and sisters to be a part of the momentous occasion. He also included a heartfelt, private tribute to her late mother, Angie Douthit, who passed away in 2019. Mackenzie had a deep bond with her mother, and Angie's battle with cancer was documented on "Teen Mom OG" following her tragic passing.
