That film, available exclusively on Apple TV, became a holiday favorite, winning over audiences with its infectious humor. Now, it seems we're witnessing the birth of a modern-day *National Lampoon's Vacation* franchise for the 2020s—first, a wild adventure in Las Vegas, and now, a thrilling European escapade!
The Morgan family is back for *The Family Plan 2*, this time setting their sights on the enchanting cities of London and Paris. Dan Morgan (Mark Wahlberg) is a multi-faceted man: a devoted husband, a loving father, a renowned car salesman—and, unbeknownst to many, a former assassin. When his shadowy past resurfaces to disrupt his present (again!), he's forced to confront it head-on to protect his family. What follows is an exhilarating international game of cat-and-mouse, as Dan and his loved ones navigate a whirlwind of bank heists, holiday mishaps, and high-speed car chases across Europe's most picturesque landscapes. Alongside Wahlberg, the stellar cast includes Michelle Monaghan, Zoe Colletti, and Van Crosby, with additional firepower from Kit Harington, Reda Elazouar, Daniel De Bourg, and Laurel Lefkow. While it promises to be mildly entertaining at best, it's undoubtedly more of the same—in the best possible way.
