Rejoice, Twin Peaks enthusiasts who were left yearning for more after the highly anticipated third season premiered in 2017! A thrilling announcement for you: Key members of the original cast are embarking on a nationwide tour later this year. Commencing in early August, the stars of the surreal saga created by David Lynch and Mark Frost will embark on nostalgic conversations across U.S. cities, spanning from Tysons, Virginia, to Seattle, Washington. Ray Wise (Leland Palmer), Harry Goaz (Deputy Andy Brennan), Kimmy Robertson (Lucy Moran), and Sabrina S. Sutherland, executive producer of Twin Peaks: The Return, will share their captivating experiences and behind-the-scenes tales at these ticketed events.

Adding a spark to certain Western U.S. stops will be Sheryl Lee, who portrayed the high school homecoming queen whose murder was the central mystery of the series and delivered a mesmerizing performance in 1992's Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me.

Less than a year after the passing of co-creator Lynch at the age of 78, the tour will commence. Sutherland reveals that the cinematic legend bestowed his blessing upon the tour before his departure. "David was overjoyed at the prospect of this cast tour celebrating Twin Peaks with fans across the U.S.," Sutherland stated to The Hollywood Reporter. "It's heartbreaking that I can't call him each night to recount how the show went, as I had promised. Yet, I eagerly anticipate celebrating his work each night, carrying him in my heart."

The tour, encompassing all events here, features two visits to iconic series locations in Washington state. On October 18, an already sold-out engagement will allow fans to explore the Everett, Washington house that served as the Palmer residence in the series. Lee, Wise, and property owner Mary Reber (Alice Tremond) will recount tales from the series and Fire Walk With Me, with tea promised (but no word yet on coffee and cherry pie).

The following day, October 20, Lee and Wise will venture to the Kiana Lodge in Poulsbo, Washington, where interiors of the Great Northern Hotel and the Martells' home were filmed. The venue's exterior is perhaps even more renowned, as it's where Laura Palmer was discovered dead, wrapped in plastic by a giant log on the beach outside in the Twin Peaks pilot.

David Roy Williams Entertainment is producing these events under license from Paramount Location-Based Experiences, amidst renewed Lynch fandom and Twin Peaks nostalgia. This year's Cannes Film Festival witnessed the premiere of the documentary Welcome to Lynchland, exploring the life and career of the Blue Velvet and Mulholland Drive filmmaker. Additionally, a nonfiction film centered on the life and work of Catherine Coulson, Twin Peaks' beloved "Log Lady," has been screening in various U.S. cities.

When it premiered on ABC in 1990, Twin Peaks became a watercooler hit, credited with pioneering prestige television as we know it today, with its continuous mystery structure, cinematic flourishes, and devoted fan community. After Twin Peaks was canceled during its second season, Lynch returned to the Pacific Northwest with Fire Walk With Me, initially deemed a box office and critical disappointment but since reevaluated and included in the Criterion Collection.

In 2017, Lynch and Frost exceeded expectations with their Showtime limited series Twin Peaks: The Return, which both confused and delighted audiences with its unique structure and typical (at least for Lynch's work) lack of reassuring answers.
