Tate Madden is more than willing to embrace Tyler Cameron's rose, thorns and all, in a display of unwavering acceptance. Nearly a year after the Bachelor Nation veteran publicly acknowledged his new romance, his lady love opened up about the comparisons drawn between her and Tyler's exes, a glamorous list that includes names like Gigi Hadid and Paige Lorenze.
"Many people have exclaimed, 'Wow, he went from Gigi and Paige to this? Oh my goodness,'" Tate shared during the June 18th episode of Nick Viall's podcast, The Viall Files. "But the joke's on them. I'm fully aware of their breathtaking beauty."
Just because Tyler, who once competed for Hannah Brown's final rose in her 2019 season of The Bachelorette, has romanced stunning women, doesn't make Tate feel any less worthy. "I'd love to look like them. I cherish my own appearance too, but I believe we're all fabulous in our own right," continued the 31-year-old. "Yes, he has dated gorgeous individuals, undoubtedly wonderful people. But should his marriage be contingent solely on their outshining me?"
Tyler, who joined Tate for the podcast segment, stood firmly by his girlfriend's side, highlighting her uniqueness. "You're breathtakingly beautiful," the 32-year-old assured her. "I adore bringing you to these influencer events, Stagecoach, and various occasions because I want to show them that you're incredibly special."
While Tyler's confidence in Tate is evident now, he initially refrained from publicly discussing their relationship for months after going off the market, solely to shield his partner whom he met during the filming of Going Home With Tyler Cameron in 2022. "I've been in this realm for a considerable amount of time," Tyler explained to E! News in October. "People love to pick apart and judge. I've dealt with it, but not everyone has, and it can be overwhelming." He added, "I wanted to ensure we were in a solid place before exposing us to all that."
