Harry Jowsey doesn't regret walking away from the ballroom. More than two years after his time on "Too Hot to Handle," he shared his thoughts on why he and the cast are no longer friends. "It was the best experience ever, so rewarding and amazing," Harry, who was eliminated before the semi-finals, recalled on the March 11 episode of Danielle Fishel's "Teen Beat" podcast. "It was really fun. I had the best time. Everyone was really lovely, and then they weren't."

While the reality star understood that a new cast of celebs would change his dynamic with the pros, it was his dad's death in December 2024 that made him re-evaluate his friendships. "The next season came around of the show, and I realized that a lot of the people would not text me back or unfollowed me," he recalled. "The biggest thing that upset me the most is when my dad passed, no one texted me, and I was really close to them. No one had texted me apart from Sasha [Farber]."
"So I was like, I don't know if you guys are really my friends or—it was just, it was horrible," he continued. "I was trying my best with all the noise and everything. I just think I'm kind of glad I'm not friends with any of them because of when my dad had passed."
The 28-year-old, who was also among the special guests on tour after the season, shared that he often trained in a gym with one of the pros, where Harry offered insight into his dad's declining health. "I knew that they knew that something was going on," he explained. "I think that's the thing that f**ked me up the most. You could have texted or anything like that. But when I posted the photo and my dad's passed and they just liked it."
"I would have moved mountains," he emphasized. "Like if it was you, I would have been there. So I think that's why I'm kind of glad that chapter is over."
But Harry also acknowledged that as the new season of "DWTS" ramps up, everyone on set is locked in. As he put it, "It's such a bubble and nothing else matters."
