Meghan Trainor is a woman who prioritizes her own well-being. Less than three months after welcoming her daughter Mikey with husband Daryl Sabara, the "All About That Bass" singer shared that after much reflection and tough conversations, she had made the difficult decision to cancel her upcoming Get in Girl tour, which was set to kick off in Michigan on June 12.
In an April 16 Instagram Story, Meghan wrote that balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming their new baby girl to their growing family of five had become too much for her to handle at the moment. She felt the need to be present for each of them at this time.

The 32-year-old, who is also a mother to sons Riley, 5, and Barry, 2, with Daryl, knew that this decision would come as a disappointment to her fans, and she was sorry to let them down. However, she knew it was not only the right decision for herself but also for her loved ones.
"I promise I'll be back soon, and I can't wait for you to hear this new record," she added. "I'm so proud of it, and I'm endlessly grateful for your love and support always."
Meghan, who is set to release her album Toy With Me on April 24, has been candid about how she's focused on self-love, especially with her busy schedule as a mom of three.
"You have to take care of your mental health first," she shared with Us Weekly in an interview published on April 15. "I'm on antidepressants. I'm in therapy every week. I was in couples therapy for a while when we needed it... I just got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm testing my blood, poop, my everything, to make sure I'm at peak healthiness."
"I love asking for help," she added. "I'm like, 'How can I improve in every way?' I can't do it all. I wish I could, and I can't."
The "Better When I'm Dancin'" singer also credited her husband of seven years with helping her feel confident in her own skin.
"It's a nice relief to be confidently loved," she shared of Daryl. "I know I'm the one he's obsessed with, and he's the one I'm obsessed with."
