Tom Brady is keeping his head in the game, and his work schedule is as packed as it's ever been. Two weeks after spending New Year's Eve in St. Barth's with Alix Earle, the seven-time Super Bowl champion explained that his busy schedule doesn't leave much room for leisure. "You know what? I don't have much time for a personal life or much time for myself," Tom told People in an interview published on Jan. 14. "But I love working and I love my kids."
The 48-year-old added, "I like to be busy and try to really stay fulfilled in the things I'm doing. So I'm working on some really cool projects and I'm involved with some great teams of people that are doing some really positive things."

In addition to his demanding work duties, the former New England Patriots quarterback is devoted to his children - Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, from his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, as well as Jack, 18, from his ex Bridget Moynahan. "Then obviously, my little babies at home," Tom continued before correcting himself. "No, they're not babies anymore."
"My oldest is 18," he added. "But seeing him thrive and grow is nothing short of amazing for a parent when you're seeing your kids do well." As for Benjamin? He's "doing great as a sophomore," while Tom's "little baby girl in seventh grade" is "a little kick-ass volleyball player."
He concluded, "I'm so blessed in so many parts of my life." Though Tom's work life may be full, he made time to ring in the new year in St. Barth's, where videos obtained by People and TMZ showed him dancing with Alix, who confirmed her breakup with NFL star Braxton Berrios last month. In one clip, the Dancing With the Stars finalist leaned into the football legend and rubbed his back while whispering in his ear.
That same day, though, Tom shared his reflections on the past year and that helped "put things into perspective." "Growth doesn't really happen unless you're willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally," he wrote on Instagram on Dec. 31. "That's something I try to live by and keep coming back to as I learn more with each passing year."
"I'm so grateful for my loving and supportive family," he continued, "and for a meaningful career with people I care deeply about and for all the time spent showing up for both."
