As the Spider-Man actress graced the Euphoria season three premiere in Los Angeles on April 7, she allowed her subtle “T” tattoo to take center stage. The 29-year-old, whose stylist Law Roach revealed that she married the Cherry actor earlier this year, wore a black backless halter Ashi Studio SS26 Couture gown, pairing it with her new bob hairstyle in a chic wet look. Although Zendaya was not accompanied by her love interest, her tattoo captivated the attention of fellow castmates, including Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, and Sydney Sweeney.
Zendaya's subtle nod to Tom through her wardrobe choice comes over a year since it was confirmed that they got matching tattoos ahead of their engagement last year, with each of them inscribing the other's initial on their rib cage. "They were lovely to meet," the couple's tattoo artist Lily Jarnryd told People in January 2025, "and it was a lot of fun!"
While the duo has proudly displayed their ink for each other, they are more reserved when it comes to sharing intimate details of their romance. After a month of speculation about her and Tom's marital status, Zendaya explained why she chooses not to explicitly reveal anything about her relationship during an April 1 appearance on The New York Times' Modern Love podcast. "I do know that I'm a public person and so is he," she said. "I'm also aware that we've grown up in front of people and we've made movies where we fall in love with each other. I really do understand that, and I don't want to dismiss it like, 'Stay out of my business' or whatever."
However, Zendaya added, "In many ways, I'm also a very private person and I try my best to keep things for myself and for him as well."
