Woo-su asks Eui-ju to delete the story, but she tries to get out of doing so. She begs him to let her continue writing. Woo-su lets Eui-ju cry for a while and asks her to call her parents to school. He tells her to go home and says he will discuss this with her the following day.

That night, Eui-ju goes home and skips dinner. She thinks about the repercussions and wonders what will happen if she tells her friends and parents. Meanwhile, Woo-su cannot get his mind off Eui-ju's novel and starts overthinking it. He begins to see Gi-jeon and Dong-ju's normal interactions as romantic. He goes to his room and asks the boys to stay away from each other.

Woo-su looks up the term "BL" and tries to understand the genre of romance. He analyzes Eui-ju's story and makes notes about the character based on his personality. He is disappointed to see that he is the secondary character and is written in a negative light.

The next day, Woo-su calls Eui-ju in for a counseling session and talks to her about the web novel. Eui-ju gives him a detailed explanation of her love for writing and how she started writing web novels in the BL genre. She tells him that she loves writing and wants to continue the novel.

Woo-su tells Eui-ju that he is disappointed in her story. Eui-ju feels embarrassed for using her teachers as characters. However, Woo-su explains that he is more upset about being written as the secondary character. He asks Eui-ju to rewrite the story with him as the hero if she wants to continue writing. Woo-su asks her to choose between deleting the novel and making him the protagonist. She reluctantly agrees to rewrite the story.

Elsewhere, the principal calls the four new teachers in for a meeting. She asks them to comply with the filming of an upcoming documentary about the school. Da-ju, Dong-ju, and Gi-jeon agree, but Woo-su refuses to participate.

Da-ju promises to convince Woo-su when the principal gets upset. Back at the house, the trio discusses how to convince Woo-su, worried about losing their jobs. Da-ju tries to plead with him, but Woo-su refuses to listen. He goes through the comments on Eui-ju's novel and waits for her to send him the draft for the fourth episode.

The next day, Woo-su asks Eui-ju about the new episode and tells her to publish the update as soon as possible. Throughout the day, he chases after her while she keeps running away. After Math class, he scolds Eui-ju about the story, and her friends grow worried for her.

Later, Eui-ju writes the new chapter and hands it to Woo-su for proofreading. Woo-su gives his criticism and asks her to rework the character based on him. He gives her an hour to make his character the protagonist. In her mind, Dong-ju and Gi-jeon's characters argue with her for ruining their story as the author.

Later that night, Woo-su re-reads the updated draft. However, Eui-ju fights back by publishing her original version of the chapter as the episode comes to an end.
