The second episode of "All's Fair" opens with Emerald eagerly sharing her findings about Chase with Liberty, who is shocked to learn that he has been cheating on Allura with multiple women. During their lunch meeting, Allura introduces Dina as her new divorce attorney, who advises her to secure the best legal talent to ensure Chase cannot hire any help for himself. When Allura calls Carrington, the latter smugly refuses, revealing that Chase has already hired her. She sends her best wishes and vows to take Allura down in court.

Later that day, Allura, Liberty, and Emerald meet a new client, Deandra Barber, to discuss her divorce from Arthur. Deandra explains how she supported her husband as they built nine companies together, but after the divorce, he transferred ownership of the businesses to her, which were now failing and drowning in debt. The lawyers warn that Deandra could be held responsible for tax fraud and it will be difficult to prove Arthur as the sole culprit. As they brainstorm defenses, Deandra steps out for air and tragically jumps from the high-rise, leaving the trio stunned.
The next day, the trio travels with Dina to New York for Sheila Baskin's jewelry auction. On the flight, Dina updates them on her husband Douglas's cancer prognosis and her efforts to care for him. The women discuss how Dina and Liberty have found good men, unlike Allura and Emerald. Emerald proudly mentions having triplets with the help of a sperm donor, and the group cheers one another on in anticipation of the auction.
Carrington appears at the event, mocking Allura, Dina, Liberty, and Emerald. Inside the auction, she bids on the same jewelry piece as Dina and Allura. The auction starts at $25,000 and rises until Carrington wins at $500,000. Dina gracefully backs out, allowing her to have the jewel. In the restroom, Carrington gloats about her win, but Dina calmly reminds her that they will face off again in court when she defends Allura in the divorce.
That evening, Dina finds herself at the bar, where the auctioneer, Oliver, wends his way over to flirt and commend her on her strategic bid-raising before backing out. He invites her to his room, and the evening takes a turn.
Meanwhile, Liberty embarks on a date with her boyfriend Reggie, who proposes. Liberty is taken aback by this sudden turn of events and abruptly excuses herself, leaving the table. On the flight home with Allura, Emerald, and Dina, Liberty admits that she is still afraid of commitment, even in her late forties. She praises Dina's loyalty to Douglas but confesses that she almost cheated with Oliver after their kiss that night. She vows to tell Douglas the truth. Emerald also opens up, revealing Chase's numerous affairs to Allura.
At home, Dina confesses everything to Douglas. To her surprise, he is not angry and tells her that he still loves her. They reconcile and make love for the first time in three years.
The next day, Liberty and Dina discuss Deandra's case, lamenting how Arthur betrayed a woman who loved him. Liberty reflects that most women around her have endured terrible marriages, making her hesitant to trust Reggie. Dina urges her to give him a chance, reminding her that she could be one of the few who found a good man after bad ones.
Emerald then reveals that Chase's new girlfriend is Milan, Allura's assistant. Allura is shocked but composed. Emerald and Liberty encourage her to get revenge, while Dina suggests that confronting her anger might help her heal. She claims that she has a plan to avenge Deandra.
Liberty meets Reggie at his office to talk about leaving the ring. She tells him that she has seen too many failed relationships to take the risk now but admits that she wants to be with him. She proposes to him, and Reggie accepts the proposal.
Back home, Emerald learns that one of her sons has been accepted to MIT on a full scholarship. She and her boys celebrate his achievement, praising her for raising them so well.
That night, Dina meets Arthur at a car auction and threatens to expose him for tax fraud and pushing Deandra to her death. She orders him to rehire all the employees he fired and sign over her shares to Deandra's family.
At the same time, Allura visits Milan to confront her about the affair. Milan defends herself, saying she was drawn in by Chase's way of making her feel special. Allura claims that Chase treated every woman the same, but she is shocked when she learns that Milan is pregnant with Chase's child...
