Bad Sisters – Season 2 Episode 6 1

With a determined resolve, Ian descends to the marina, casting a vigilant eye around and scrutinizing every corner for surveillance cameras. His investigation yields a chilling discovery: traces of blood on the boat and cameras potentially capturing their departure with Angelica and return without her. Fortuitously, a woman grants him access to her camera footage, and indeed, it damningly depicts the Garveys returning, Angelica conspicuously absent. Swiftly, Ian deletes the incriminating footage, but not before making a copy for his own possession.

Elsewhere, Houlihan gleans from Roger that Angelica failed to return the previous night, and he further enlightens her about Ian's menacing confrontation with her.

Meanwhile, Ursula, Becka, and Bibi embark on a mission to scrub the boat clean. Bibi confides her perception of a budding connection between Eva and Ian, just before they stumble upon Angelica's phone. As Becka suddenly begins to bleed, Ursula rushes her to the hospital, stranding Bibi to finish the cleaning task alone.

Loftus finds himself torn between preserving his ill-gotten gains and utilizing them to secure legal representation. His dilemma deepens when Houlihan informs him of Angelica's disappearance. She ventures to the scene of Grace's fatal accident, seeking clues, and discovers a poignant sight: flowers and an apology note from Angelica, indicating a tender reconciliation attempt. Additionally, she notices that Grace was driving away from Angelica's location when the tragic accident occurred, adding yet another layer of mystery to this already tangled web.

Eva converges with the rest at the hospital, where Becka confesses her initial reluctance towards the baby but breathes a sigh of relief upon learning of the infant's well-being. Houlihan engages Ian in a conversation about his confrontation with Angelica, while Ian later fills Eva in on his visit and reassures her of his steadfast presence, driven primarily by his deep affection for her, amidst his concern for the Garvey family.

When Houlihan presents her findings, Loftus chastises her for prematurely leaping to conclusions regarding Angelica's disappearance, neglecting basic police procedures. Meanwhile, Matt sends a text to Becka, inquiring about a potential meet-up. She reveals her pregnancy, leaving him in stunned silence with no reply.

Bibi rummages through Angelica's purse, stumbling upon her car keys. A realization dawns that Angelica's vehicle might be parked at the marina, prompting Bibi to rush there with the intent of moving it before the police catch wind of it. Unbeknownst to her, the authorities have already beaten her to the punch. Upon Bibi's arrival, she discovers Houlihan investigating the area. Fortunately, Bibi manages to slip past unnoticed.

Later, Bibi grills Eva about her feelings for Ian. Eva concedes that there are emotions involved, but Bibi sternly cautions her to suppress them. Bibi's erratic behavior lately leads Nora to speculate that she might be reconsidering the idea of having another child.

Houlihan is convinced that the hour has come to apprehend Ian on suspicion of being entwined in Angelica's mysterious disappearance. However, Loftus dishes the cold truth, informing her that they cannot proceed with the arrest. He unveils that the money, which was pivotal in their investigation, has already been discovered in Grace's car, thereby severing any connection it might have had with Ian. According to him, the narrative has simplified itself: Grace murdered her spouse and met her demise while attempting to flee the scene. Case closed.

In a twist of fate, Ian finds himself drawn to Eva once again, this time learning of her burgeoning affections for him. Embracing the moment, she surrenders to his kiss, leading to an intimate encounter that later fills her with regret. She deems it the darkest deed she has ever perpetrated, yet Ian reassures her that now is the dawn to prioritize her own bliss. Their tryst is unexpectedly interrupted by Becka's arrival, prompting Eva to confess that Joe is aware of her pregnancy.

Loftus cautiously deposits the stolen funds in the evidence room, but Houlihan accuses him of meddling with the evidence, insisting that she scrutinized every crevice of the car without locating a dime. In response, Loftus issues a veiled threat, warning her against exposing his actions.

Bibi's eyes narrow as she spots Eva and Ian strolling side by side, her demeanor reflecting her discontent. Seeking clarity, she confronts Ian, probing into his intentions. She finds it odd that he arrived at his wedding devoid of family or friends, and now he's entangled in a relationship with Eva. Further suspicions arise as she ponders whether he instructed her to search for Angelica's car, knowing full well that a detective would be lurking nearby. Bibi can't shake the feeling that Angelica's instincts, which urged her to distrust Ian, might have been spot on.
