In the opening of Episode 2 of "Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine," Berlin takes off, pursued closely by the police. He drives to the end of a bridge and stops, allowing the police cars to move closer to the middle of the bridge. Then, he drives forward without hesitation, and the police cars give way to avoid a collision. The few seconds gained as the police cars struggle to turn around are enough for Berlin and his companions to escape and hide. As the police cars disappear, they drive slowly, like taking a stroll through the woods under the moonlight.

At the yacht, Keila keeps receiving calls from her mother, so Bruce insists that she should pick up. It turns out that the caller is a man she met during Bruce's party, and they were having an affair. Roi overhears her conversation and learns that during the party, Bruce was saying goodbye to things he loved about her, which are things she has never experienced. When she met Bruce, she was a 36-year-old virgin, and now someone else has come into her life and swept her off her feet. She tells him of the moment they shared in the attic on the day of Bruce's party.
Keila is stressed out because she feels she is in love with Bruce but cannot stop thinking of Claudio. Rio helps her understand that she is cheating on Bruce. Saving Claudio's name as "Mom" on her phone says it all. Waiting for him to text while replaying their shared memories means what they had was not a simple one-night stand. It is more serious, and Bruce deserves better.
The following morning, Berlin wakes everyone up early and serves breakfast, excited to tell them about his new love interest, Candela. She is everything he used to despise, but now those things make him feel alive, like he has never felt before.
Later, the teams go to take a closer look at the estate using a state-of-the-art flying eagle drone. The visuals show many dead animals scattered around the estate, which is surrounded by a high-voltage electric fence. The scene is eerie and foreboding, setting the stage for what is to come in the story.
As Keila flies the drone and Cameron maps out the coordinates around the house for a potential location of the winery and train tracks, they manage to locate a glass dome. However, Keila loses control of the drone, and it crashes fast to the ground. The voices heard where it lands indicate that there are cattle around.
Berlin insists that they need to retrieve the drone. Although it's dangerous, they worry that he'll seek revenge on them. He's a dangerous man, and he could kill them when he learns they intend to rob him. Keila volunteers to get it, and Bruce, concerned for her safety, accompanies her. Damian notes that the signal jammers caused Keila to lose control of the drone; the team cannot help them. For this mission, they'll be on their own.
Back at the watchtower, which is a meat truck parked at the side of the road with a man-made puncture, Berlin confronts Rio and Cameron. He reminds them that they broke the rules by getting together and, unlike Keila and Bruce, they didn't keep it together. Their anger and hate toward each other, always hurling insults in the same room, is a liability.
Berlin asks if they want to remain part of the team, to which they agree. He asks if they can pretend to be a couple if it's required during a heist. Rio agrees, but Cameron refuses, causing Rio to storm out.
Meanwhile, Keila and Bruce manage to cut through the electric fence and sneak into the estate. They follow the GPS and find the drone but are confronted by a man who feeds the bulls. He helps Keila sit down while checking her leg for swelling. The man plays along with their pretense, insisting that the sprain is quite serious and applying cow dung all over it. He notices Bruce taking out his phone and reminds him that the area is jammed and he can’t make calls. He insists on taking them with him, but Bruce breaks a car window to get Keila out of his truck. He takes out a gun and leads Bruce away from the truck, threatening him to come clean about why they were at the estate. Bruce fights back, daring him to shoot and make sure he gets him because he will bash in his head afterwards. He shoots Bruce in the foot and makes him confess just as Keila knocks him down with the truck. Injured, they both crawl to get to the gun, but Bruce is faster. The man keeps coming at him, so he shoots. Afraid that if the man dies, they will become murderers, and if he survives, he will know their plan, they decide to take him with them. Driving out of the estate is easy since the man has a remote that can open the estate gates in his truck.
Keila and Bruce reunite with the rest of the team, taking the man with them back to the yacht. At the end of the episode, Berlin announces that they have to let the man go and leave Seville by morning. There are a few hours until then, so they have to take the opportunity and pull off the robbery tonight.
