In the fourth episode of "Berlin and The Lady with an Ermine," we witness Roi struggling to open a padlock as he sinks to the sea floor. Simultaneously, Alvaro heads to the wine cellar, where a showdown ensues between his men and Berlin's crew. Berlin asserts that the attempt to steal his art pieces worth over a billion euros was all in the name of demonstrating his loyalty. Santos, the man on the boat, calls Alvaro to warn him about the robbery, but receives the response that the crew are all his friends and are allowed into his palace anytime. Santos prepares to dive into the water to rescue Roi, but Roi has managed to open the lock and is now swimming afloat. At the same time, Cameron holds a gun to Santos's head and leads him back to the lower deck. She informs them of Berlin and Alvaro's alliance, but they choose to make a call to confirm. Roi is displeased that he has to let Santos go, but he has no choice. All he can do is punch him for the midnight dip in the water.

Back at the cellar, Alvaro and Berlin begin negotiations. He asks for 35 million euros to steal "The Lady with an Ermine." Alvaro does not protest and agrees to their terms. They ask for an advance of five million in unmarked, used 100-euro bills in cash. Alvaro invites them for breakfast at his estate the following morning to get the cash and walks out. The crew is so shocked that they look at each other speechless.
At the yacht, the team discusses more about the duke. They wonder where he can get that much cash within five hours. They plan to rob his stash of dirty money of at least 400 million euros. They still have more questions about where he gets so much money from though.
Cameron volunteers to infiltrate one of his luxury yachts to find out what they transport under the guise of renting them out to celebrities. Berlin agrees to let Cameron go alone, but first they have to come clean about what happened between them. In a flashback to the fateful night, Cameron's ex-boyfriend unexpectedly shows up at their door, demanding to talk to her. His sudden reappearance shakes her, and she wants Roi to get rid of him and make sure he never shows up again. Roi thinks that letting Cameron face him alone and confront their past would be the best option. It turns out that when she went down, instead of saying goodbye, she ended up sleeping with her ex.
Cameron lays the blame on Roi, claiming that he wanted to stand on the balcony and witness her reject her ex-lover and choose him, all because he never trusted her. However, Cameron's hopes were dashed as he ended up reuniting with his ex-lover on a yacht. The next morning, Candela arrived early to pick up Berlin for a date. Damian had to step in for the meeting with Alvaro, and Berlin asked him to check in with Keila about their plan, code-named "Ali Baba."
When they picked up the money, they would carry their own bags with a stack of similar notes and a tracking device hidden inside. Damian and Bruce pretended to count the money but only took 4 million. They returned the extra stack of notes but exchanged it for their own with the tracker. They assumed that Alvaro would take the money back to the stash, allowing them to track its location.
Meanwhile, Candela took Berlin on a tour of Seville, ending up at an underground party to celebrate Genoveva's birthday. Damian and Bruce showed up just before Alvaro left the house with Genoveva, so he asked Samuel to accompany her. At the party, Genoveva arranged a secret meeting with Berlin, offering to help them steal Alvaro's entire collection. She was angry that, since their school days, Alvaro had treated her the same way for over 20 years. Nowadays, he only had eyes for the collection, which is why she wanted it gone.
Berlin turned down her offer but threatened to report him to the authorities, making their plan to steal the painting impossible. Berlin suggested that the reason Alvaro never looked at her the same way might be because he no longer loved her in the same way. His words hit Genoveva hard, and she stepped away to rethink her plans.
Berlin called Damian for help and asked him to come to the party. Candela walked in on the phone, furious that Berlin had run into another woman's arms moments after kissing her in an alley. Candela is not one to be fooled, so on the phone, Damian insisted that Genoveva had seduced him, but he turned her down. Candela is a passionate woman, so she gave Berlin the chance to walk away if he was not ready to commit. Berlin chose to kiss her.
Meanwhile, Damian arrived at the party and ran into Genoveva at the chapel. She sent Samuel away, giving them time to escape and hide in a music room. Here, Genoveva tried to seduce Damian into starting a revolution against Berlin and Alvaro. They were interrupted when Keila called Damian with updates that the money had moved. Strangely, it did not move outside the estate but deeper into the chapel and underground. They realized that Alvaro might have a safe built beneath the chapel. They planned to meet up back at the yacht with Bruce and Roi.
Meanwhile, at the yacht, Claudio suddenly showed up. He called Keila excitedly but froze when he saw her waving from outside and hung up. Back at the party, Berlin declared his intentions with Candela in front of a crowd and asked her to sing a song. Damian cut his admiration short when he pulled him aside for an update on the vault.
Damian told Berlin about Genoveva choosing him as her lover. Berlin was excited that this time it was Damian who got to keep the mark hooked onto him to advance their plan. Alvaro walked in as they discussed their plan to empty his vault. Berlin asked for a space in his estate that was closer to the underground vault. Candela walked in and joined them, almost ratting out Berlin about the secret meeting in the bathroom.
At the end of the episode, Candela mentioned money. Damian suddenly remembered that he had left the bag with millions and started frantically looking for it.
