The sixth episode of "Berlin and The Lady with an Ermine" continues the thrilling narrative as Santos enters the crypt, but finds nothing alarming. Roi and Bruce manage to hold themselves up on the roof until Santos leaves, only to find the doors locked in their escape. Berlin sends Damian to help them figure out how to get inside the vault and uncover its secrets. Damian installs a hidden camera inside the chapel, allowing Berlin and Keila to monitor any potential risks from a safe distance.

Suddenly, Alvaro shows up, eager to hear more about their plan to steal "The Lady with an Ermine." They lie, telling him that the rest of the team is out using their contacts to gather everything they need for the heist. Alvaro, excited to be the sponsor of what he calls "the heist of the century," leaves after inviting them out to dinner that night, with a strict black-tie dress code.
Alvaro's persistent curiosity becomes a problem, so Berlin devises a perfect plan to steal the painting and satisfy his curiosity. Keila is tasked with finding out everything there is to know about transporting the art piece to Seville. After Berlin retrieves the rest of the team from the crypt, they all arrive for dinner dressed in suits and glamorous dresses. Bruce suddenly announces the affair, surprising everyone. Surprisingly, he does not intend to leave Keila but suggests having a three-way relationship.
The dinner conversation turns into a discussion about monogamous and polygamous relationships and love. Each has its own set of beliefs, but Berlin's perspective is particularly moving. He believes that it's impossible to have two full glasses of wine at the same time when it comes to love. If you find yourself falling for another, it's because the previous glass is empty. All one needs for love is one glass filled to the brim.
During dinner, Genoveva had inscribed a message for Damian on the label of a bottle of wine, suggesting a meeting later. This gets Damian excited, and he tells Berlin about it. His principles begin to crumble, and Berlin urges him to accept the meeting as it's the only way to make Genoveva stop pursuing him.
Roi, Keila, and Bruce are left to analyze the schematics from the vault while Berlin goes to Candela. He brings a bunny as a companion for Candela's pet Pomelo and names it Mandarin.
Candela confesses her love for him, but their moment is interrupted by a call for Berlin. Cameron shares new updates: the boat halted for eight hours at a port due to electrical issues, forcing the crew and tourists on an excursion. However, she stayed behind and noticed a shipment of rice from Nigeria that was not in the storage room. Determined to find the shipment and determine its contents, she joins the discussion with Candela. Berlin, too, confesses her love for Candela, and they excitedly spend the night plotting their daring plan to steal "The Lady with an Ermine."
Meanwhile, Damian, Keila, Roi, and Bruce analyze the vault, discovering it's more complex than anticipated. The security door into the vault is alphanumeric, but Keila can break it in under seven minutes. The door's security is rudimentary compared to the secret vault inside—a circular dome made of titanium plates. The door lacks a lever or electric lock, and the space between the plates is filled with gas. Damian fears it might be flammable and pumped in through the nozzles visible in the blueprints. If they make it into the vault, their only escape seems to be through their charred remains.
The crew has differing views on the gas. Damian believes Alvaro is capable of burning them alive, while the rest think he's not a psychopath and need to investigate further. Damian steps out for some fresh air and runs into Alvaro. Meanwhile, Roi tries to convince Bruce to abandon his idea for a throuple, calling it pathetic and desperate. Bruce is determined that Keila fell in love with him at 36 and believes he can keep her in love with him.
Elsewhere, Alvaro leads Damian to a secret place in the palace—the stables—where he helps him calm down by petting a horse. Bruce tries to convince Keila, who is still confused by his proposal, by setting boundaries she's not to cross with Claudio. The talk gets emotional, and they end up getting intimate.
At the stables, Alvaro brings out some wine, and they drink and chat. Damian talks about his best friend, who is more like Alvaro, and how he goes through life waiting for the epiphany that will be a stroke of genius. He's certain his best friend will eventually get it.
At the end of the episode, Alvaro leads Damian to the chapel and down to the crypt. He opens the vault and asks Damian to step inside. As the doors close on them, Alvaro asks Damian if they really thought they could make it that far on their own.
