Episode 10 of "Boyfriend on Demand" kicks off the finale with Mi-rae waking up from a bizarre dream. Kyeong-nam is distant and still reeling from what he saw with Yeong-il. He noticed a warning about Mi-rae's subscription running out, which was still active while she was dating him, making him uneasy about the whole situation.

Despite their promise to be honest with each other, Mi-rae skirts around the truth. Kyeong-nam, who is never one to mince words, immediately brings up the fact that he logged into the game and saw Yeong-il. Understandably, Kyeong-nam is a bit uneasy about the whole thing and not sure how to handle it. The postcard and Yeong-il's nonchalant attitude as an AI character don't help either.

Boyfriend On Demand – K-drama Episode 10 1

What's the fallout from the Song scandal? After the drama involving Mr. Min and BOD, Song is dropped from the company. Song shows up at the office and confronts the Director, causing a big ruckus that spills out into the main office. Mi-rae's finger is even cut from the big cut-out of Si-woo being ripped in half during the scuffle. While she's getting patched up, Kyeong-nam enters the room but is still standoffish with her after the BOD fiasco.

Mi-rae contemplates whether to message or not, but she ruminates over Ji-yeon's words, telling her to resist messaging too much and not to go all-in on the guys she dates. Does Kyeong-nam change his mind?

Meanwhile, Kyeong-nam is down in the dumps and while he's out having dinner with Hwany, he brings up the drama with Mi-rae. The thing is, Mi-rae is still receiving messages from Yeong-il while this is going on, given that she renewed her subscription and confronted Yeong-il about what he told Kyeong-nam in the game.

In the morning, Mi-rae and Kyeong-nam are awkward at work together and aren't quite sure how to react with each other. They're not the only ones; Song covertly tries to get rid of her BOD headset. Mi-rae stands up for Song when she heads back to work and demands that Director Hwang reconsider firing their best client. He eventually concedes and backtracks to just suspending her until everything dies down. In fact, Mi-rae decides to go "heartless" for the time being, determined not to let herself be hurt by Kyeong-nam.

The thing is, Kyeong-nam is starting to come around to the idea that this Boyfriend on Demand isn't such a big deal since the ideal guy looks exactly like him. Hwany offers some advice here, explaining how a "silicone boyfriend" could never replace the real thing given the unpredictability of love.

As Kyeong-nam rushes to meet Mi-rae at her workplace, a coffee shop just around the corner, his heart beats with anticipation. He explains to her that he's been following his heart and knows exactly what he wants—to be with her. As he wraps his arms around her and holds her, Mi-rae's heart starts to flutter, and she realizes that this is exactly what she wants too.

Meanwhile, Mr. Min decides that Ji-yeon is the perfect candidate to help them tidy up their game. However, as she approaches, Mr. Min is immediately smitten with her. It's love at first sight for him, and he acts clumsily in front of her. This only boosts Ji-yeon's confidence.

Mi-rae and Kyeong-nam continue their romance, but when they're almost spotted together in the storage room, Mi-rae pushes Kyeong-nam, and a shelf falls on him. Shocked, Mi-rae rushes to the hospital where Dong-min is already there to help Kyeong-nam. He realizes that they're together and quickly leaves as Mi-rae holds his hand, apologizing and sobbing as it's clear that Kyeong-nam has broken his arm.

Outside, the pair opens up about their BOD issue. Mi-rae admits that she went back to see Yeong-il again but is also worried that things might not work out between them. Kyeong-nam admits that he's falling for her more every day, which scares him. However, he's willing to embrace that feeling while it lasts. These words resonate with Mi-rae, and it works wonders to win her over. Kyeong-nam continues, explaining that he's content with just taking things as they come and living in the moment.

Finally, Mi-rae decides that's something she's willing to try too. Everyone resolves their issues, and the Director's final night ends with all the drama over. Song also patches up her differences with the guy.

Mi-rae decides to say goodbye to Yeong-il properly this time, ready to give up her virtual boyfriend and live her real life, following her heart wherever it may lead.
