Present-day, Ema strives to mend fences with Bruno, but his petulance persists like a stubborn storm cloud. An unexpected video clip arrives, capturing Martina in the hotel room, meticulously documenting the space brimming with lavish gifts for a female confidante. Ema's memory jogs; she recalls possessing a concert brochure from Buenos Aires, dated the very same day the video was taken. Intrigued, she tasks Vicky with investigating whether Martina had a travel companion on that fateful trip two months ago.

Digging deeper, Ema uncovers another intriguing thread leading her to Martina's clandestine OnlyFans page. Here, under a shroud of anonymity, Martina has crafted explicit videos, their risqué nature juxtaposed against the serene melodies of classical music. One particular clip stands out: Martina, masked, dances suggestively with a female friend, their movements intertwined in an enigmatic ballet of intimacy.

Meanwhile, Isabel ventures to the prison to visit Facu, where he receives devastating news: the authorities have apprehended an individual in Neuquen. This detainee turns out to be the masked figure from the previous episode's climactic scene, employing a modus operandi identical to Camila's assailant. Consequently, Isabel is summoned to participate in a lineup. Facu, however, remains unconvinced, steadfastly refusing to entertain the notion that Leo might be innocent.

Elsewhere, Bruno withdraws from Ema when she inquiries about Martina's OnlyFans account. Recognizing Abril as the second girl featured, he flees abruptly upon Ema's probing into the website. Vicky reveals a startling revelation: neither Martina nor Leo appeared on any passenger manifests two months prior. In fact, videos confirm Leo's constant presence at the foundation throughout that period.

In a poignant scene, Juliana urges Armando to stay with his father, feeling inadequate in providing him solace. She worries deeply about how hard Leo's case is hitting him, but Armando refuses to abandon her.

Meanwhile, Ema confronts Abril, the enigmatic girl from the party, who unveils a shared past with Martina on OnlyFans. Abril explains that while they once had a joint account, she ceased her involvement when Martina's content became too explicit. Despite this, their friendship endured, and Abril shares with Ema that Martina had mentioned a generous fan who even footed the bill for her trip to Buenos Aires. Abril senses something sinister occurred, noting Martina's cold demeanor upon her return. Convinced that the OnlyFans patron is responsible for Martina's demise, Abril already reported her suspicions to the police.

Ema confronts Herrera, only to find herself hitting a wall. He reveals that the suspect has a solid alibi, declining to disclose his identity and urging Ema to drop the case.

Gael approaches Sofia with an air of anticipation, bearing a gift intended for another. Hesitant yet intrigued, she follows him to the secluded barn, where he unveils his hidden treasure: a delicate music box, originally meant for Martina on the fateful night of the party.

Meanwhile, Vicky tracks down the hotel where Martina once stayed, while Ema sets her sights on Buenos Aires. At the theater, Ema uncovers Martina's seat—a private box adorned with the prestigious Saarland Group's name. Vicky delves into private jet manifests and strikes gold, discovering one chartered by Saarland.

A nostalgic flashback transports us to the concert, where Martina sits solitary in her luxurious box. Afterward, she retires to her hotel room and dispatches a video to Abril. Soon, a mysterious man enters, prompting Martina to beam with a knowing smile.

Elsewhere, Bruno hosts a gathering at his residence, attended by all their classmates. Amidst the flickering flames of a bonfire, their somber expressions betray their collective mourning for Martina.

Ema arrives at the hotel, charming her way into securing Martina's former room. Enter Fran Briguel of Saarland, who graciously offers to satisfy Ema's inquisitiveness. He confesses his admiration for Martina's 'art,' revealing his desire to witness her 'performance' live. Though Ema finds his rationale hard to swallow, her questioning about his whereabouts on the night of Martina's demise draws a threatening response. He warns her to mind her own business before departing.

This encounter only fuels Ema's curiosity further. With urgency, she pleads with the hotel clerk to seek justice for Martina. Moved by her persistence, he relents and provides her with CCTV footage of the hallway.

Meanwhile, the Costas escort Camila to the lineup, where a chilling revelation unfolds. The perpetrator who attempted to assault the girl in the previous episode stands revealed as Camila's attacker, his identity unmistakable to her keen eyes. Camila endeavors to soothe Facu, who is now grappling with the heart-wrenching realization that he avenged his mentor's death for nothing.

Returning to her abode, Ema is greeted by the chaotic aftermath of the party. Bruno is mysteriously absent, leaving her to navigate through the disarray alone. With a sigh, she turns to the CCTV footage for answers. Her eyes track Martina as she makes her way to the room, followed closely by Fran. Hours pass, and Fran eventually departs, leaving Martina behind. Shortly thereafter, a shadowy figure enters the frame. Within minutes, Martina storms out, accompanied by this unknown man. The suspenseful climax of Caught Episode 4 unveils the man's identity: it is Marcos.
