The sixth episode of "Daredevil: Born Again" kicks off with Matt, immersed in prayer at the sanctity of his home rather than within the confines of a church. His girlfriend, Heather, respects his solitude, refraining from inquiring into his spiritual practices. Instead, she diverts the conversation towards Matt's harrowing kidnapping ordeal, revealing her own investigative endeavors into the realm of vigilantes. With a glimmer of intrigue, she hints at the possibility of conducting interviews with figures like the Punisher or perhaps even Daredevil himself in the near future.

Elsewhere, Fisk storms into his office to find Luca already awaiting him, a scowl etched across his face. Luca expresses dissatisfaction with the agreed-upon deal, grumbling about the 1.8 million dollars earmarked for Viktor as per their earlier accord. He sternly warns Fisk to stay out of his affairs and stands firm in his refusal to relinquish the funds. In retaliation, Fisk, with a sinister smile, decides to tack on an additional million dollars in taxes to Luca's bill.

In the midst of this turmoil, a man named John, a veteran sanitation worker with three and a half decades under his belt, enters Fisk's office. Cutting straight to the chase, he reveals a disturbing development: murals appearing across the city, crafted not with paint but with human blood. These gruesome artworks, depicting phrases like "vigilante justice" and a striking portrayal of Kingpin's split personalities, pose a significant threat to Fisk's grand urban plans. Realizing the potential blowback, Fisk swiftly devises a new strategy, opting to keep the police crackdown under wraps – at least for the time being.

As the night unfolds, the scene shifts to a high-profile fundraiser where Fisk finds himself on the receiving end of harsh criticisms from powerful individuals, each voicing their disapproval of his administrative decisions. Fisk bears the brunt of their scathing remarks with a forced grin, acutely aware that these influential figures hold the power to ruin him with but a single phone call.

At the office, Angela makes an unexpected appearance to confront Matt. She reveals that Hector, prior to his untimely demise, had been probing into a chain of kidnappings and firmly believes he was on the verge of a breakthrough. Angela implores someone—such as Daredevil—to step in and complete Hector's mission, a responsibility she sees fitting for Matt Murdock. The kidnappings had a common denominator: their proximity to the now-defunct Q line. However, given the police's involvement in Hector's death, she hesitates to share this information with them. She scolds Matt for his perceived moral ambiguity and lack of commitment to the underdog before storming out.

Later that evening, Cherry arrives at the office visibly shaken. He confesses to a disturbing revelation: a serial killer, Muse, has claimed over sixty lives thus far, with the infamous murals painted using the blood of his victims. Cherry urges Matt to let it go, warning him against donning the Daredevil mask once more.

Recognizing an opportunity to exploit the vigilante's defiance of the police, Fisk strategizes by forming a special task force endowed with exceptional authorities and privileges, notably the absence of body cameras. He enlists Powell and his team to lead this Anti-Vigilante Task Force.

As the task force embarks on their mission, Angela decides to take matters into her own hands and investigates independently. When Matt receives a frantic call about Angela's failure to return home, he reluctantly resurrects Daredevil. And with that, the scene unfolds with Daredevil's trademark—albeit somewhat amateurish—CGI rooftop leaps.

Matt sets out on his quest while Muse captures Angela's blood, leading to a fierce confrontation with Daredevil. Simultaneously, Fisk visits Adam in his confined space. Both confrontations unfold simultaneously, with Daredevil and Fisk emerging victorious in their respective battles. Amidst the chaos, Angela regains consciousness, while Muse narrowly escapes.
