Dear Killer Nannies – Season 1 Episode 3 1

Meanwhile, Rodrigo returns to his family and meets a woman named Franca. He brings her back to Hacienda Nápoles, where the nannies reunite with Juan. Angie is thrilled to meet Manuela for the first time, while Juan is taken aback by Lagaña's appearance after her plastic surgery.

At one of Juan's lavish pool parties, Rodrigo introduces Franca to him. Juan reacts negatively, but Kiss soothes him and suggests writing a letter to Andrea to express his feelings. Meanwhile, Juan requests Kiss to build a shrine for Michael Jackson, which doesn't sit well with El Dorado. Leonor, Victoria's mother, expresses her concern over Juan's growing aggression.

Shortly after, Juan receives a reply from Andrea, which ignites his excitement. He gathers the nannies, asks Franca to leave, and has Kiss read the letter aloud. Andrea requests another meeting, so Juan suggests hosting a party. Before anything is planned, the police raid the estate.

The nannies go into hiding while Leonor, Juan, and Manuela are left to face the police. From their hiding spot, the nannies debate whether to intervene but remain hidden.

Later that night, Rodrigo tries to speak with Juan, who is shaken by the raid. He advises him to wait before planning anything with Andrea, but Juan refuses. Elsewhere, El Dorado is driving Angie, Kiss, Rodrigo, and Juan around Nápoles when they collide with a car belonging to the Cali Cartel.

A shootout erupts between the two factions, with Rodrigo shielding Juan as Kiss defends them from the assailants. The remaining nannies arrive on the scene, but a female biker fatally shoots Kiss. Rodrigo pursues the shooter in disbelief, only to discover it's Franca. He brutally kills her, labeling her a traitor, before leaving the scene.

The episode shifts to 1994, where the Escobar family is under police protection due to ongoing threats from Pablo’s enemies, particularly the Cali Cartel. Juan receives a call from Lagaña, who attempts to extort money from him in exchange for silence.

Meanwhile, Pablo’s assistant, Nancy, meets with Victoria and Juan, bringing the remaining cash from Medellín after Pablo’s demise. Seeing the limited amount, Nancy suggests that Pablo’s employees may have taken the money during the shootout.

Elsewhere, Pablo’s cousin Gustavo returns from the US with a message from the Cali Cartel. He informs Victoria and Juan that the cartel leaders want to meet her. Victoria decides to meet them despite Juan’s reluctance. El Dorado accompanies her to Cali, refusing to let her go alone.

During the meeting, Victoria pleads with the cartel leaders for a peace agreement to protect Juan and Manuela. The episode ends with the cartel leader stating that they want Juan dead to ensure Pablo’s legacy does not continue.
